It has a quick and easy access to Davos and Davos Congress Center (by car or by public transport) and to other ski areas in the region. The WEF shattle stop is just 30 meters away by the Silvretta Hotel.

The attic apartment is located in a Walser house that was built in 1847. In 2019, the whole house was completely renovated. The apartment is a gem and is located approx. 150 meters from the valley station of the Tschiertschen ski resort. In summer, Tschiertschen is the perfect starting point for beautiful hikes and great bike tours. The apartment is very well equipped. We rent out our lovingly furnished 3-room apartment in Davos village, quiet yet central. From "Bünda" it is only 5 minutes to the cross-country ski trail, to the ski lift incl. ski school for kids and beginners. The Parsenn train, train station, bus, shopping and restaurants are also a few minutes' walk away. The apartment on the raised ground floor is child-friendly. The Davos Tourism guest cards will be charged separately.

The apartment is on the first floor of the house and in the newly converted stable. In the old part there is a parlor with original painted wooden paneling and 2 spacious bedrooms for 2 people each. In the large eat-in kitchen there is the wood-fired old stove, next to which a modern kitchen has been installed that leaves nothing to be desired.
