Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Prättigau/Davos District

We spent a wonderful night with our friends and their little one at the chalet. It truly embodied the quintessential Swiss experience—immaculately clean and exceptionally well-equipped. We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to stay there for a night!

There were eight of us on vacation in Pany for a week and we felt very comfortable at the place. It was very bright with great views and a sunny patio. Angela and her husband were extremely helpful and friendly. The valley end in St. Antönien is very nice and offers many great opportunities for ski tours, hikes and mountain bike tours.

Everything was perfect, thank you very much! It's a very, very beautiful house. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

A beautiful and well-equipped cottage in which we felt very comfortable. Bernhard was a flexible and extremely friendly host. We will be happy to come back.

Sabina is honestly so lovely. She was really responsive and the accommodation is also great. It was very clean and cozy, just as described. I couldn't recommend this airbnb more. If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would. The surroundings are beautiful and there is a grill to use! Sabina also baked a lovely cake for us upon arrival. We definitely plan on coming back.

Reiner’s house is the ideal place for you and your family if you are looking for peace and quiet but also if you love to hike, snowshoe, go up the mountain with the cable car or take the car and drive 20’ to go skiing or sledding. There is a lot of light, very sunny, nice views, fully equipped kitchen and nice outdoors space to relax. The rooms are big and very clean. It was a perfect stay and we’d love to come back!

The apartment is cozy and practical. We had plenty of space (separate ski storage available). Alexsandra is friendly, instructed us well in advance and was always available afterwards. It goes up a little steeply to the house, but it is about 5-7 minutes on foot from the valley station and the restaurants etc., so really close and easily doable! We had a great time and would book the apartment again, definitely recommended!:)

We visited Schmitten in February and stayed for 5 nights. The apartment is located in a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. We had a rental car but Schmitten is accessible also by Postbus. The apartment is comfortable and cozy. There are no restaurants in the walking distance, but only a local grocery store. Perfect place for family vacation, 20 min ride from Lenzerheide-Arosa and Davos ski areas.

We loved staying at this beautiful holiday home, surrounded by the magnificent mountains of Parc Ela! Amazing views, silenece, but everything is easily ac essible by car. Ramona is a great host, she is very friendly and gave us ideas regarding the surroundings.

Wonderful place to get away for a peaceful few days. The kitchen was really well equipped. Everything was super easy to find in the apartment and really comfortable and spacious for two people. We slept so well there.

We couldn't have hoped for a better place for a cosy weekend away for the two of us. A wonderful spot that had great access but was very private and peaceful and bursting to the seams with character. It had everything we could've wanted & more, was genuinely very homely, and you could tell that Ladina and family also stay there. Ladina was very response to all communication and patient with us.

Ramon's apartment is absolutely recommended: just a few minutes to the ski slope, short distance to shops and train station, very quiet and with great views. Thanks to Ramon for the nice and uncomplicated contact.

The Bijou on the ski slope is a dream if you like to spend your vacation days in peace and quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Apartment, garden, furnishings, amenities and location are GREAT if you like to walk. The apartment is located above Tschiertschen with a view and on the toboggan run. Simply perfect for me.

Anna’s place was above and beyond what we expected. It was cozy, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had plenty of supplies. We had the best time and would definitely book again.

Beautiful very modern apartment. But you must go to the garage which is the ground floor to obtain the keys and enter. Once inside the garage, the apartment is basically 6 stories up, only 2 of which have an elevator. So be prepared to carry your luggage up 4 stories before riding an elevator the last 2 stories! We left our heavy ski bag in the locked community garage.

We had a great stay at this chalet! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was spacious, and while the kitchen is small, it’s well-equipped with two portable hobs to cook, enough utensils and a mini fridge, making it easy to prepare simple meals. Joni was very flexible with our check-in and check-out, which we really appreciated. Most importantly the location is as described and only a ~500m walk or 1 bus stop to the Parsenn lift. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely recommend staying here!
