It has just been completely renovated with modern building techniques that make it fresh and quiet. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort. The slightly elevated position allows you to have a great view of the sea even when the cabins of the beach resorts in front are set up.

From the small studio apartment you can reach the slopes of Monte Moro on foot, and the Malanotte facilities, which connect directly to Pratonevoso and Artesina, are a three-minute drive away.

We offer an entire apartment in Barolo, in our family house. The house is very close to the centre of the village, in quiet and panoramic position. The apartment includes a kitchen opening on a spacious living-room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (the two beds can be transformed into a double bed) and one bathroom. The price does not include the city tax which is 1,50 € per day per person, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
