the House in the Castle

Our house is part of the 16th cent. Castle of Kimolos and was renewed with respect for tradition. It is a bioclimatic building, with 1m thick stone walls and 4m high ceilings, double roof insulation and small openings that let the air circulate. Fully equipped kitchen, fast internet and a work place (desk, office chair, 27" monitor) for those who cannot leave their work. The house is in the middle of the village, just 1 km away from the port and 3 km away from the clean sandy beaches.

Enjoy the waves of the sea and the sounds of nature while staying in this unique "Syrma", an in-cave house. It has been built to give unique moments to its guests, who become one with the wave by staying in this architectural diamond, created with the love and passion of Leonardo, owner of the Lostromos cafe coctail bar in Psathi, Kimolos. It is an ideal accommodation for marine tourism, as it offers right in front of it a jetty and moorings in the sheltered bay of Karras.

The values of Cycladic architecture combined with a touch of luxury defined the design philosophy. Zeta's.kimolos is a newly built accommodation with traditional island elements, ideal for 1 or 2 couples, a group of friends or a family of 4, with easy access. It is located in the picturesque village of Kimolos, has private parking in its area and a large courtyard overlooking the village. It is located very close to the central points of the village (bakery, mini market, grocery store, restaurants, coffee bar as well as the bus stop, taxi rank, ATM.

Our goal is for our guests to enjoy their holiday exploring new places and gaining new experiences, but, at the same time, having a quiet and relaxing stay. The apartment features a king-size bed with anatomical mattress with a selection of anatomical pillows available. The kitchen of the apartment is ideal for meal preparation as well. The guests may choose to relax in the garden or swim in the 15m² pool, exclusively available to them.

We host in three more houses in Kimolos. Vroulidi Charplovouni Makropounta The house is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, a five-minute walk from the center of the village. Next to the bus stop, opposite the Kiki mini market and above the free municipal parking. The internet speed is very good and many guests come for remote work.
