Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Praiano

We had an amazing stay at Francesco’s Airbnb in Positano! Francesco and his team were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and enjoyable. They even arranged transportation for both our arrival and departure, and the driver, Geraldo, was one of the kindest people we met. Francesco and his colleague Angelo were also super helpful with local recommendations—everything from what to see, where to eat, and even helped us book dinner reservations. Their attention to detail and willingness to help really stood out. As for the Airbnb itself, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We spent so much time just relaxing on the porch and taking it all in. While Positano is known for its many steps, this location is one of the most accessible we came across. It’s a relatively easy walk up compared to other areas, and there’s a convenient pickup/drop-off spot for drivers right at the market below the home. We’ll absolutely be back!

The views are absolutely breathtaking and the house is wonderful. You really need to take into account the hundreds of steps to and from the house, but other than that it's just wonderful!

Amazing stay, Adriana was amazing, her goal was to make guests comfortable, with all the knowledge needed, small or large advice given. Friendly, welcoming, helpful, always happy to help to make your holiday and experience in Pompei out if this world. Neighbourhood was friendly, and quiet. Lovely to come back to, rest by the pool after a long day walking. Well recommended air bnb.

We will never forget our first trip to Italy and the views from this beautiful property will forever be imprinted in our memories. Erminia is an excellent host - friendly, responsive and helpful. She gave us helpful suggestions to organise a transfer from Naples airport which in hindsight was a great recommendation. The apartment is as per the photos - clean and has all the amenities. The best bit is the view from the balcony wow! It is important to know that to get the view you are high up which involves lots of steps. Erminia is gracious with her property and even provided us with extra eggs from her chickens. Thanks Erminia - we will be back!

A stunning place, in a stunning location. Exactly as the pictures with a view that isn’t done justice in the listing. Not least what felt like a private beach at the foot of the steps to and from the house! We had a wonderful time and were well looked after by the hosts. Be it needing transport or just information, they always responded quickly.

We felt extremely lucky to have found this spot. Maria was so kind and helpful routing us to her the location, giving us a tour of the apartment and garden, helping us with our laundry, and answering any questions we had. The pictures of the garden do not do it justice. It felt like we had our own private green oasis with the most amazing view. The place was perfect for cooking up dinner and eating outside. Maria even provided seat cushions, lounge cushions, and a table cloth.

Stunning place - we loved it! The view is absolutely breathtaking. We spent so many hours on the beautiful big terrace both day and night just taking in the view. The villa is lovely inside and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The lemons were an added bonus along with the outdoor shower! Praiano is a great spot - plenty of great cocktail bars and restaurants nearby. Having previously stayed in Positano I would choose Praiano any day. Such a friendly place and less crowded. FYI, Yes there are steps but they are totally worth it for the view!!! Maria and Adriana were lovely friendly hosts.

It was a nice place in Danilo’s , the flat is super clean and Danilo is super helpful . Highly recommended to stay here as just right next to the bus stop that even we ran late . And there have a few space for parking as well . Very convenient. We were enjoyed a lot in here .

So far on this trip, I’ve stayed in Rome and now Florence, with Vittorio’s in the middle. He has set the bar high for my expectations with other Airbnb hosts. He and Francesca were great hosts. We felt like we were staying in a hotel with an attentive staff. I would 💯 stay at his place again. And oh, the terrace was twice as big as what the picture shows. Hands down one of my best Airbnb experiences. Mario was super communicative from the beginning and checked in on us to make sure the stay was great. The owners, Michele and Anna, were wonderful. It felt like home away from home. They really went out of their way to make sure we felt like we were at home. I would 100% recommend the fish dinner. Anna is an amazing chef! Aside from the perfect stay, be sure to rent a car, scooter, or bike for convenient transportation. Book this place, you won’t regret it!

We had a fantastic stay! Nicola was very easy to work with, helpful with all questions and/or concerns, and the apartment was even better than what I had imagined. Very clean, looked just like the pictures, and had plenty of space for 4 adults. Location was great! Praiano is on the quiet side which was great after visiting busier places like Positano. Great restaurants nearby and a little market conveniently located right at the top of the stairs. We are so happy with our choice and can't wait to come back!

Gemma was truly the best host we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The Airbnb itself was stunning — the views were absolutely breathtaking, and the space had such a warm, welcoming feel. Gemma went above and beyond to make our stay special. She greeted us with a homemade tiramisu and even baked us an Easter pie — such thoughtful, personal touches that made us feel instantly at home. I haven’t come across a host as friendly & accommodating as Nicola. Nicola is very responsive & friendly. We checked-in around 12 AM. Even though it was so late he helped us by arranging parking, someone to carry our luggage etc. Sandro at Parking garage accommodated us in off-hours. It felt like visiting our family! Lovely airbnb & beautiful views! Apart from climbing 111 steps everything was simply Awesome!

Silvio and Leonardo are great hosts and amazing people. They are super friendly and attend to any need or question . The place is absolutely beautiful (one of the best views in Amalfi) and it was super clean. The apartment is also very large (much larger than we expected). Beautiful patio to sit on and relax at night and very peaceful location. Amazing hosts, we will be back.

We feel fortunate to have found this place. It’s quiet, peaceful, and offers stunning views. The property is exactly as described very clean, with a spacious sea facing veranda that overlooks a beautiful stretch of coastline. There’s a small lemon grove, ample parking, a reliable internet connection, and above all, a sense of calm. The hosts, Giulio and his father, were exceptionally kind, attentive, and quick to offer help. When we ran into trouble with our rental car, they went out of their way to assist us calling the rental agency on our behalf and helping us communicate in Italian. Giulio’s father, who lives on the property, even contacted a mechanic, drove me to the car, and stayed with me to make sure everything was sorted. We truly appreciated their support and hospitality. It’s a place we’d gladly return to, hopefully next time under more relaxed circumstances.

Absolutely book this Airbnb, it’s even more stunning in person! Roberto’s place completely exceeded our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice. We were blown away from the moment we arrived and are already planning to return. The spacious terrace offers a breathtaking view, with plenty of seating to relax and soak it all in. It was so peaceful and serene: a place that made us want to stay in and enjoy the home. One afternoon, with the incredible backdrop of the terrace, my boyfriend proposed, it was magical and unforgettable. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including an incredibly cozy bed. The location is ideal, just a short, scenic walk to the main square and its charming restaurants. We also found it easy to visit Amalfi and Minori from Ravello. Roberto is a wonderful host - warm, welcoming, and attentive. He arranged a private driver for us, greeted us at check-in, and offered local tips. He made us feel right at home. This Airbnb is a must!

I don’t even know where to begin…. Felicia’s house is unreal… the perfect get away… a beautiful home in the most amazing town with sensational views! Felicia was an impeccable host. She couldn’t do enough for us! And the locals we encountered were also just as friendly. The mountain roads, the breathtaking views and the tranquil setting made this trip one of, if not the best get away we’ve had and we’ve been all over the world. We felt right at home! I couldn’t rate Felicia, her home and the Almafi coast high enough. Perfect!

This place is so incredible! The views are amazing, the hosts are super friendly and helpful, and the house was stocked with a lot of extras. Bring good shoes because there are lots of stairs, but the views at the top are worth it!

The place was amazing, peaceful and quiet. The host was great and responsive, also gave us the informations needed about the area.

Perfect location for enjoying the restaurants, bars, and sights of Napoli. Also highly recommend if you're thinking about day trips to Ischia, Procida, and Capri...the ferry port/marina is only 10 minute walk from the apartment. And while the location is the 'middle of it all', the architecture of the building keeps it quiet at night...you'll barely notice you're in the center of Napoli. Also, the view from the balcony is incredible and such a wonderful way to either enjoy sunrise, or the evening light at sunset hitting Vesuvius.
