Our stay in Capão da Canoa was excellent! We were looking for a quiet place to really rest, and Ramon's apartment met our needs. The location is great, we did everything on foot, the listing corresponds exactly to the photos. Ramon was always attentive and helpful, which made all the difference. The condominium is very clean and organized, and the caretaker deserves to be highlighted, super kind and available. Aírton and Mrs. Sirlei were very flexible with check-in and check-out. The apartment is fantastic, a beautiful view. It has two great parking spaces, including a truck, and it is not necessary to take the car out for anything. If I had to give a score, it wouldn't be 10, it would be 11. Exactly, just like the pictures. Great location and sea view! Everything is very clean and organized, the bed linens and towels smell good, the kitchen is super-equipped. The only point is that we couldn't take a hot shower in the en-suite shower, but since there were two others, we didn't even call José Alan, but I'm sure he would have helped us as he did since the rental. I highly recommend it!

The house is very beautiful and well decorated, and also has all the features you need. It has hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms, which makes it pleasant to use in winter or summer. The condominium to which the house belongs is a separate case. It is visually very pleasant (pool area and fake beach) and has plenty of things to do with children (thermal pool, activity courts). I highly recommend the property.
