It was our first beach experience, we found it wonderful, the night without the ventilator is possible to sleep with the sound of the sea very relaxing, the Roges AP attended us positively and we will certainly return, Josi person requests, friendly waited us with clean and smelling towels and sheets, whenever we need to attend us quickly, clean home, very quiet environment, we feel at home, all according to the announcement. To improve would be the control of the ants we miss tbm of a toaster would be legal to supplement. Note 10 on everything for sure! The view will be remembered forever!

Very good place, good location. Even with rain, we were able to enjoy the place, as it had a heated swimming pool, a movie room and among others. We will return for sure.

The carnival holiday 2025 was perfect in this accommodation, apartment seems to have been recently renovated, only 2 flights of stairs, has parking, we find everything clean and organized. The sea view is indescribable, and the apartment well aired by the sea breeze. Laundry machine, rangers, rackets to play on the beach. Anyway complete and very nice apartment, with several nearby markets, and close to the center, we also feel no need to use the car. Already our reference in Tramandaí and if we can we will be back for sure!

The apartment is in the best location of Atlantida, easy access. The apartment is old, but very nice and welcoming, but left a lot to be desired in the cleaning.

Great house, large, close to the beach making it easy to go on foot, all fenced, wifi available, with two bathrooms (which makes life easier for those who go with more people), washing machine and a barbecue in the back. Gabriela was so kind and super accessible. I recommend it!

In person, the space is much larger than in the photos, comfortably accommodating the number of guests informed. It is in front of the sea, providing a beautiful view during the day, and at night, the sound of the waves makes everything even more relaxing. Dirce is a great host, always willing to help and quickly answers any questions that arise, both before and during the stay. The only downtown area is the lack of many shops nearby, but this does not interfere with the experience, as it is possible to find everything you need with a small commute. Overall, it's a perfect place to rest and enjoy the peace of mind. We will definitely return.

The perfect accommodation, very large, comfortable and pleasant property, worthy of 5 stars. Host always a lot requests and available. The location is very good, it is one block away from the beach, close to bars, restaurants, pharmacy and markets, quiet area to leave one of the cars on the street, the barbecue is very good, bakes fast and does not return to smoke, as well as the brewery that makes a lot of difference, it is an item that stands out for those who like it. We stayed a week. Great place to rest. Practically empty beach. The host is always very attentive and ready to resolve any issue. The place is close to Torres and Capão for those who want. Safe for children and pets. Even though it was a small condominium, we had great privacy. We'll be back without a doubt!!
