The apartment is very spacious, organized, well-equipped and is a short walk away from the beach. During my stay, there was a little maintenance in the building, which the host warned me in advance to let me know, showing attention and cordiality. Voltaria more often for sure. The space is great, large, airy and comfortable, the balcony area is very large and has a beautiful view of the sea, it is larger than it appears in the photos. For those with pets, the house is super safe, it's difficult to escape. Many shops nearby, we found everything without needing a car. The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk and is great. Easy access to the tourist attractions of the city of Natal (by car). Miriam was extremely kind and attentive to us, she answered all our questions quickly. I highly recommend it, and I will certainly return whenever I go to Natal and the region.

The stay was excellent! The site is very well located, which made our tours a lot easier. The space was exactly like in the pictures: super cozy, clean and well-organized. Gustavo's apartment is a find! Two minutes' walk and you're already with your feet in the sand. Super quiet building, super well ventilated, breathtaking view from the apartment. Gustavo is always ready to answer questions. I would definitely come back!

Wonderful location on the artists' beach, about 25 minutes from the black beach, I thought it was wonderful. For the Majority of the walks we did as a jacuma lagoon, pitangui lagoon, Rio de fogo, Maracajaú, purity… all were after the artists' beach. So it was less distant, last year we stayed at Ponta negra beach, and we found it very far from these places. So super recommend Joyce's flat. Gorgeous view, well clean flat, clean pool, the place for bathing is very nice , stay the natural pools, very good for us and our children. Our accommodation was wonderful.

The apartment is Excellent! We loved our time staying at Carmen's apartment. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walked. In addition, Carmen was so careful that she even left some treats for us, like beer and cold cuts. The view is incredible, comfortable bed, well equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we needed something, Carmen responded promptly. If we return to Natal, we will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Eva is a great host, helpful, answers all questions, made it possible to check in and check out within our needs. The apartment is as advertised, it was very clean and with fragrant sheets and towels. Besides being very well equipped, we didn't miss anything, and with amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen. The location is excellent, it has absolutely everything nearby, including the beach. I can't imagine a better location. The concierge is friendly and informative. Just a small detail, which doesn't depend on Eva and the apartment itself, is the outside noise. Because there are restaurants, bars and hotels in the neighborhood, the music noise from 1 pm to 10 pm is loud in the room that is not a suite. For those who like an afternoon rest or to sleep early, it will be a little difficult in this room. There is no inconvenience in the suite.

I loved staying in the apartment. When I arrived, everything was clean and organized. Good bed and bath linens are available. The kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and peaceful. The view of Morro do Careca is beautiful. Elton always responds very quickly to messages and is very helpful. We didn't have any problems. Eitaaa that wonderful home. I stayed with the whole family. Marília is a very considerate host. The residence was clean, bedrooms with linen, clean bathrooms, all household utensils are easy to access for use. And with very whim the homemaker came every day to clean the pool. The taste was to stay more days in the house. It was worth our location very much.

The house is wonderful, much more beautiful than the pictures show. The three private ground-floor en-suites in an intimate area, airy rooms with high ceilings, spacious bathrooms. The TV room, combined with the airy dining room, the sofas are right in the breeze coming from the sea, very pleasant. The living spaces are beautiful and pleasant. The pool area is a distinguishing feature of the house. A spacious table in the barbecue and pizza oven environment, which is combined with the pool. Excellent! The location is very good, right on the sand. The sea is wonderful, depending on the day and time the sea becomes a swimming pool, very good for children, adults and the elderly, who could enjoy the sea, which was wonderful. The highlight, what most differentiates and enhances the stay are the caretakers Haroldo and Josi, who made a hotel breakfast, left the house impeccable, helpful, polite, friendly. We stayed in the privacy of a home, with the comfort and convenience of a resort.

It was all wonderful, I took my family and everyone was delighted. The place is very beautiful, the house very comfortable. To witness the sunrise of the balcony of the house, to see that image, sun and sea , is an inexplicable feeling and all of this combining with the landscaping of the house and the beach. The house is in a well-located, easily accessible, family-friendly and organized condominium. All electrical and hydraulic installations working normally, towels and bed linen, kitchen utensils, new microwave, 20-liter bottles, good refrigerator, large table... everything very good. In the rooms, everything is working well, the air-conditioning is cool, not to mention that for those who like to sleep with the window open, the view and the sea breeze cool the environment well. Just be careful with the bathroom floor, which is slippery, especially for children or seniors. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in a week's stay. Both for the house and the condominium premises.

We love staying in the apartment! Luciano was great, always responsive, polite and organized. The location is perfect, facing the sea and next to Morro do Careca! The air-conditioners worked very well! The only observation is that, to get to the apartment, you go down a long staircase, so for those who have difficulty getting around, it can be a point to note. Our group liked it a lot, I definitely recommend it and would come back other times!
