The host Alex and Silvia who administers the delivery and receipt of the keys are friendly people, of extreme clarity and transparency in everything. The images of the apartment are reliable to the site. The location is excellent! For those who like to go to the beach, impossible better because when leaving the door of the building the sea is ahead. All clean, organized and welcoming at the same time. The people of the building we talked to were exceptionally gentle. Beach chairs and parasols functioning perfectly! Certainly with the opportunity we will return and indicate the apartment to those who have the opportunity to offer it, taking all the good that was offered to us in this stay of the Carnival of 2025. 10 for everything!

All expectations were met: very good apartment, it has everything you need! Can't even talk about the view… It's worth a lot to stay and stay so close to the beach, being able to feel the sea breeze, looking at this amazing view all the time! It's too much! Power to hear the noise of the sea was also sensational… I love it! I felt with my foot in the sand even in the moments when I was in the apartment. It is a really suuuper airy space, at no time did I feel the need for air conditioning (I had this question). You have that fresh beach wind, both day and night. Just leave windows/glass open! It is a place that I will definitely return, and I will refer to my friends and family. The experience was wonderful! It is worth putting here for those reading that the beds are very comfortable (this counts a lot for me, having a good rest). Anyway, everything great. Vivian is very friendly and helpful. I was a few days old and worth too much!

Great house, large, close to the beach making it easy to go on foot, all fenced, wifi available, with two bathrooms (which makes life easier for those who go with more people), washing machine and a barbecue in the back. Gabriela was so kind and super accessible. I recommend it!

Estefano was a love, received us with champagne and with a lot of joy! we have nothing to complain about the period there! we will surely return soon! a suggestion would only be the exchange of the TV of the room for a bigger and faster one, to be even more perfect and cozy. ♥️

The place is spacious and very neat. It has spacious spaces for the whole family. Swimming pool and beachfront home. Nearby amenities. I recommend it for summer for the type of beach. Just as a suggestion I would add 2 more chairs in the dining table since the house is for 8 and there were 6 chairs. For people who are going from afar maybe they could offer extra cost linens, towels and bed coat

We greatly enjoyed our stay, at Arthur's property! The apartment is in front of the beach and you can see the sea. The condominium is very safe, clean and organized, with a structure for the post-spring. Arthur and Alex were very kind at the reception and check-out. I intend to go back!

The perfect accommodation, very large, comfortable and pleasant property, worthy of 5 stars. Host always a lot requests and available. The location is very good, it is one block away from the beach, close to bars, restaurants, pharmacy and markets, quiet area to leave one of the cars on the street, the barbecue is very good, bakes fast and does not return to smoke, as well as the brewery that makes a lot of difference, it is an item that stands out for those who like it. For sure, the next times, we will search for the same property, it is worth the experience of those who want to feel at home, with all the room and tranquility.

Our stadia in the apartment was excellent. The condominium has a great leisure option with pool and restaurant and very comfortable apartment. Rosana was a great host gave us all the instructions prior to arrival and when we need to ask questions. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.
