We spent 16 incredible nights in the apartment of Dona Cristina. I did not meet her in person but always answered with agility the doubts I had. Great apto famous "foot in the sand", great sea view. We like the apt, excellent shower, great fridge too much frost, comfortable sofa ( just not much to sleep, as it is a sofa bed) but nothing from another world and cannot be compared to a bed. We had a problem with the internet of the house one day where we spent a few hours without the signal that had fallen. And a curiosity, wi-fi depending on where we were on the edge of the beach the wi-fi took it there without the need to use our data plan. In general, it is recommended to stay in the apartment of Mrs. Cristina, I hope to return again with certainty.

All perfect! Quiet, clean, organized and very breezy place. We were made to feel very welcome. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, and is close to the beach, it is only a few minutes walk away. We recommend and we will certainly be back.

The carnival holiday 2025 was perfect in this accommodation, apartment seems to have been recently renovated, only 2 flights of stairs, has parking, we find everything clean and organized. The sea view is indescribable, and the apartment well aired by the sea breeze. Laundry machine, rangers, rackets to play on the beach. Anyway complete and very nice apartment, with several nearby markets, and close to the center, we also feel no need to use the car. Already our reference in Tramandaí and if we can we will be back for sure!

Perfect place to spend a few days, everything you need in a very pleasant space, close to the market and not far from the center and the beach!!

Everything was just perfect, it met and even exceeded expectations. However, a constructive criticism, I think they could put an internet router near the airbnb for better Wi-Fi connection and the shower after a few minutes on, the resistance turns off and we have to turn off and on the shower again, which disturbs the bath. Other than that, it was a great experience.

The house is cozy and is in an extremely quiet and calm environment, perfect for resting and recharging. Super recommend and I will definitely return!

Casa matches the photos. Functional well, with full kitchen items. Daiana since the first contact was very polite and flexible with timetable issues. When I needed it responded quickly. The house is large and well airy, located in Purumim, about 5 minutes from the central area of Capão da Canoa, a quieter beach with great places for bathing and resting. I recommend, it was really worth it.

We were very well received by Mrs. Marta, with no problems regarding communication. The house is even cooler in person! We loved our stay, we went in 4 people and attended super well. Limpeza note 10, all items as per listing. The street is very quiet, something that pleases us very much. The two showers are great, something that sometimes leaves to be desired in beach houses. Finally, we found the beach enchanting, without the turmoil of the best known beaches, super clean, with plenty of policing and the basic attractions (square, kiosks, trail of joy hehe), in short, we enjoyed our stay a lot.

The stay at the house was great! There were three couples of friends and the space met our needs very well. In addition, the owner of the house was very helpful and we were able to enter the house at 10 a.m. The house is very large and the rooms are even larger than they appear in the listing photos.

Quiet space, great accommodation, accommodates up to 6 people easily. The pets loved the large patio. The listing matches everything it offers. Leticia is super accessible. We'll be back.

I'll give some tips to those who are disconnected like me. To make it clear, we love the place and the host, my kids already want to go back. Bring bath and face towels, Dona Nelci doesn't have any at the place and she's not obligated to provide them, right? haha There is no washing machine, so Dona Nelci lent me hers because I didn't pay attention to that in the ad. So if you're going to stay longer, don't forget these details. I want to make it clear that I am not speaking ill of the place and the host, we even intend to return soon. Comfortable, spacious house and super quiet location.

We stayed a week. Great place to rest. Practically empty beach. The host is always very attentive and ready to resolve any issue. The place is close to Torres and Capão for those who want. Safe for children and pets. Even though it was a small condominium, we had great privacy. We'll be back without a doubt!!
