The house is at Praia do Sorocotuba, a small hidden paradise in Guarujá with only 100 meters long. Deserted beach during weekdays, few regulars at fds. Cozy, the Ranch counts with dining and living rooms, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with double bed, in addition to the balcony with an unforgettable ocean view. Sleep with the sound of the waves and wake up to a wonderful sunrise from the sea. On the sand, the Ranch features beach chairs and umbrellas, bedding and full bath linens.

The apartment is right on the beach with a magnificent view of the garden and the sea. It is approximately 100 steps from the sea! We have been renting the apartment on Airbnb for over 9 years. We have had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over this time, we have gained expertise in welcoming guests. We have contracts with a laundry service, an air conditioning company, and a handyman who is available 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is excellent.
