Vacation rentals with lake access in Praia Grande

The stay was wonderful. Better than advertise! Perfect house, fully equipped with kitchen, bed and bath utensils. Very close to the beach (we didn't go by car). We were able to go to all the places on foot or by Uber (to get to know other cities). I just have to thank you for all the affection, stay and privacy. I loved everything and I'll be back more often 😍😍😍

The house is a paradise, new, well maintained, the tables and the freezer make all the difference. There are many bathrooms and it accommodated my group very well. The heated pool also made all the difference, our children loved it, so much so that we only went to the beach two days, the others stayed in the house. The host is very kind and always very quick to respond. Very flexible checkout and helped us a lot on the way back home. Come here, I highly recommend it !!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tatiane's place. Everything as advertised. Quiet neighborhood, the house accommodated well me and my family, has beach and markets nearby. The pool and pool are definitely what we liked the most, and what we enjoyed the most. In addition, the host has always been very thoughtful and helpful since the beginning of the reservation. It exceeded our expectations. For sure if we have the opportunity we will come back.

We stayed the weekend at Josenilda's house, she is a love, great host, she answered all the questions, Maria where we removed the key is also great, the house super clean, complete, many things that we took we didn't even use because she had everything there. The pool is delicious, the kids loved it. I loved it and plan to come back more often.

It is a spacious, clean, well-equipped apartment with a beautiful view and privacy, there are no buildings in front. The condominium is excellent for those with small children, because even on a rainy day you can have fun with a heated pool, toy library, game room (there is a certain musty smell), apart from the playground and courts. There is a 24-hour mini-market inside the condominium that helps a lot. There is a supermarket very close to the building and it is not far from downtown. 10-minute walk to the beach, quiet, but with a child or carrying a lot of things, it's better to go by car. Kind and attentive hosts, they respond quickly.

The house is exactly the same as the photos. Very complete kitchen and gourmet area. It is clear that he thought of every detail for the well-being of the guests. Worth every cent! The house is exactly like in the pictures, super wide and comfortable. The pool is wonderful and the kitchen well equipped, I didn't miss anything. The rooms have air conditioning, but even in the room with the fans it is super pleasant in the heat. The beds and sofas are comfortable, we slept very well to enjoy the next day. Eduardo was flexible with the entrance and exit because he had no one before or after us, and this helped a lot because he was on the beach with children. Within the condominium, at the end of the street, there is a beautiful river that is well worth visiting. I recommend to anyone who is, take an anti-allergic and ointment beyond the repellent. I did not see any pernilongo there, the insect that pics is similar to a fruit fly, very small and hardly seen, but anywhere in the region it will have. The house is very good to go with the family, the place is quiet and very close to the center.
