Building for rent, the garage is only for motorcycles. It has a refrigerator, microwave, dishes, glasses and cutlery. No pets allowed. Please don't smoke inside the house, use the yard if you smoke. Good location, close to markets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies and whatever you need. Best of all, it is a 15-minute walk from Enseada Beach, the most famous in Guarujá. Check-in after 12 p.m. Check-out no later than 10 a.m. Visitors are not allowed.
