We spent a lovely stay at this villa. Very well maintained, very clean and comfortable - located in a very nice pine tree private condominium with other villas near by. It can accommodate 10/12 people with plenty of space. Kitchen has been renovated this past winter, and most of the kitchen appliances are new. It has AC in all areas which is perfect for summer and winter months. The garden is very nice and the swimming pool with plenty of sun! Hosts are amazing and did everything they could to meet our needs. They also supported us with suggestions and requests prior our stay! We cannot ask for more, and we will come back definitely next year.

We had booked it for my 70th with all our family. Unfortunately my husband too ill and wasn’t allowed to fly. The rest of the family and grandchildren had the best time. The villa was as it was in the pictures, spacious and clean. The pool was spotless as the pool cleaner came to keep it maintained. It’s the first time my family had been to Portugal and they just loved it and would recommend anyone booking this villa would be very happy. They are due back today and the feedback from them has been very good. Infact we might just book this for next year. Steve and Natalie have been amazing hosts. We all would Definitely Highly Recommend this Villa and Location. 5 Star ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A Perfect Family Getaway in Lagos! We recently spent a week at this beautiful villa in Lagos with our family, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and immaculately clean the property was. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, whether inside the villa or out by the pool. The highlight for us was definitely the pool area—it offered a stunning view that made every morning coffee and evening swim feel like a luxury experience. The outdoor space was peaceful and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. Ursula, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. Her warm hospitality really added to the experience. The location was great too—quiet and private, yet just a short drive from the beaches and town centre. We felt completely at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house is beautiful! Everything you need is provided. 3 big double bedrooms, with the most comfortable beds I have stated in, 3 bathrooms, all beautifully decorated. There is a supermarket across the road and it's just a 10 minute walk to the beach with lots of restaurants and shops. Karine was a great host!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The house is full of charm and character: bright, stylish, and instantly makes you feel at home. The location is perfect: peaceful, yet close to everything you might need. Inside, the place is fully equipped with all the essentials… and yes, even a blender! If I could have given more stars, I would have done that. The place is beautiful and very comfortable, exactly as pictured: excellent bedding, nice and refined decor, with a very well equipped kitchen. We took advantage of the swimming pool which is at the foot of the small garden. Although close to Albufeira town, Terras Novas is surrounded by nature. The beaches that are 5 minutes by car are really very pretty. The location is ideal: 40 minutes from the airport, and very central to visit the Algarve. We were able to enjoy the apartment as a family (parents and two teenagers ), everyone was delighted to return after our visits and everyone felt comfortable there. We highly recommend it! Villa is breathtaking ! Thank you Tiago.

Amazing stay! Can’t recommend enough

Just returned from a short break at this apartment. We arrived late in the evening but the staff on site were friendly and directed us straight to the apartment. Check in was easy with the coded door and everything was clean and well prepared on arrival. The apartment is modern with enough facilities for a pleasant stay. The complex is quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool is big and there are plenty sun loungers for a relaxing day in the sun. The complex has a pool bar / restaurant that is open daily servicing drinks, food, ice cream etc so this is really convenient. The marina is a short walk away offering lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Old town is a 15-20 minute walk away and is great to spend the evening in. New town is a short taxi ride away if you want to venture this far - there is no need as the Marina and Old Town offer much more than the New Town. We would stay here again if we return to Portugal in the future. Thank you.

We had a lovely family holiday at Villa Assumadas. The pool was lovely and clean and outdoor space was perfect for our party size. We had ages ranging from 70 years old to 8 months and all inbetween and it accommodated everyone. Helder was a fantastic host and very attentive. The location is remote but a great shopping centre 6 minute drive away. Taxis were always available and very cheap. Thank you Helder. We will be back!

Stayed here with my mate for a couple days. Really good location if you are planning to spend a lot of time in new town. Also a stones throw away from the beach. Plenty of food options near by in all directions. The places has all amenities you can think of and a TV with Netflix already loaded up. Comfortable beds and a nice balcony.

We loved the beauty of the view and the location above Dona Ana beach and being close to the boardwalk to ponte da Piedade. You are also close to old town Lagos for restaurants, as well as to the marina. Joanna was very helpful and responsive and the condo was well equipped, with beautiful dishes and everything you need if you wish to cook.

10/10. Already thinking of coming back next year with family. The villa had everything you could think of, plus more. The pool was lovely, there were even inflatable toys for our little boy to play with! The location was walking distance to beaches and restaurants but we did hire a car to get around a bit more which is definitely worth doing. It felt like home from home, comfortable, clean, safe. There is an alarm you can use if you want to when you leave the villa for extra security. So many places to sit and eat, lots of sun loungers, very private. The host was amazing, responded to anything I asked within an hour. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you, we will definitely be back!

The apartment is located in a spectacular area, the object of many visits due to the fantastic views. The location is exceptional, you can walk to supermarket and beach and there are several areas very close to leaving our vehicle. The orientation of the apartment, without being exactly a first line, allows you to enjoy the sea in a fantastic way from the side balcony you have, very well adapted to comfortably enjoy a refreshment or a coffee, as well as from the terrace located at the entrance to the apartment equipped with comfortable furniture to relax looking at the Sea. The interaction with the hostess has been close and agile from the first moment and the apartment is beautiful, tastefully renovated, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with everything you need to relax and the beds very comfortable, in short it seemed a great option in all aspects. We traveled with our pet and had a great time.

Absolutely perfect stay — 10/10! This was the ideal place for a visit to the Algarve. Rosa was hands down the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. From the moment I booked, she went above and beyond. Before I even arrived, she sent a detailed guide with everything I needed to know about the property, plus amazing recommendations for local restaurants, sights, and hidden gems. The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a fantastic stay. I truly couldn’t recommend this place more — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great location, right on the ocean, nice view from balcony, literally right in the middle of shops/restaurants. Host was helpful and responsive.

Eva's place was the perfect place to call home in Lagos. It's in a quieter area of the city but still walkable to everywhere. She was very helpful with instructions and advice for our stay and had someone to greet us while she talked us through the place via video call. lots of attention to detail and a very nicely decorated place, but still practical. If you're a light sleeper, ear plugs for the seagulls would be a good idea, but that's the same for anywhere in Lagos. Was able to find parking each day too and instructions in guestbook were great for confirming parking spots. Highly recommend.

Oh well, whenever you come across superlatives on Airbnb you'd get suspicious. This home and the warm-felt welcoming of Agi found no challenger during all our time booking by Airbnb. This was a heavenly calm, beautiful place. We'd not only love to come back but stay forever. Thank you for giving us the opportunity and taking the extra time to show us around.

place is really nice, spacious, nice lot of provisions provided, lots of restaurants and of course right on the beach. fantastic tips about all things in the area provided. if you are a light sleeper you will need ear plugs but it's not too noisy considering you are right in the heart of a resort town (i slept well).
