My apartment is in a condominium IN FRONT of Tombo beach in Guarujá, called Pé na Areia, which was classified with a blue flag (water quality and beach management). The apartment has new floors, finishes, bathrooms, cabinets and paint. Own Wi-Fi. Ideal space: Couples and families. It is on the 1st floor with elevator. Nearby: Cafe, restaurants, pharmacy, market. Keys: Pick up at the building's reception desk with prior authorization, which will be sent to the guest's email after closing the lease.

We only have one bedroom with a double bed. In the living room, there is a sofa that turns into a bed and can also be used for an adult. Tombo beach has again received a blue flag seal.
