We rented the house to go to a nearby wedding and we were 10 people, the house is very large, the space accommodated everyone, the space was clean, organized, in the kitchen there were all the utensils, from large pots to forms, mixer, blender, we didn't need to bring anything from home, very complete. The rooms are well distributed, all being suites, very easy check-in, the stay was very peaceful and as everyone commented on the trip, it's a house that makes you happy to rent, if we go to Guarujá again, it's definitely where we'll stay. We thank the hosts for responding quickly, as I sent a message before leaving the house asking if there was a large pot to make food for 10 people and he responded immediately, helping in that regard. The place is great, there are 3 air-conditioners that make all the difference for a house on the beach. Spacious and comfortable rooms, the beds are very good and large and the kitchen is small but well arranged, The living room is comfortable and has an air conditioner that is the differential of the house I found it amazing! Everything is brand new, very clean and organized. It's really worth it!

We loved our stay at the house, the house is huge and accommodated everyone comfortably, it has Wi-Fi, cable TV, the rooms are equipped with clean linens, towels. The kitchen is also fully equipped with pots, 2 refrigerators, stove, dishes, in the laundry area there is a washing machine, the rooms are well divided, there was a bed for everyone to sleep, there is even a crib. The barbecue area is also fully equipped, the pool is clean, it's close to the beach, the neighborhood is very quiet, we had to use the car to go to the market and bakery, so it's not close enough to walk, but other than that everything is fine. We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that renting a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with fresh, fragrant linens. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information and quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. I stayed at Adriano's house for my bachelorette party and it was just perfect! The accommodation is far beyond what the photos show — spacious, cozy and with a wonderful energy.
