We had a very pleasant stay at Mônica's house! From the first contact, communication was super agile and attentive. Check-in and check out was easy and hassle-free. The house is beautiful, very spacious and complete. The location is excellent, perfect for those looking for a quiet place, but with easy access to strategic points of the region, such as Beto Carreiro, the center of Piçarras and other beaches. The atmosphere is cozy, well decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed is very good and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. High Point: The jacuzzi, the children loved and the air conditioning in the rooms saved us from the heat it was. Improvement points: Wifi in the bedrooms and more detailed cleaning of the most hidden areas of the house, such as the corners and under the beds. Without a doubt, I recommend it.

I loved my time in the house. Very beautiful, well-maintained space. My daughter loved the pools so much that the beach lost relevance to her. The fact of having a drink and food service in one of the pools is quite interesting, I made good use of it as well. Mercado was just across the street after leaving the condo, which was the amazing one too. Anyway, to me, it's worth the experience a lot.

Raquel is a very attentive host. The apartment is beautiful, very well equipped and has a beautiful view of the beach and is also very well located. The condominium premises are amazing, everything is beautiful, clean and organized. I'll definitely be staying here again when I return to Penha.

Great stay! The place is exactly as in the pictures, very well located, a few steps from an avenue with all kinds of shops and close to the beach. Also, it is an excellent base for exploring various beaches in the region. I would recommend it!

André's apartment is excellent. It meets expectations in terms of cleanliness, space, location and ease of access. Merece for sure note 5. However, to improve the guest experience, I missed a few things: Only 1 roll of toilet paper is provided per bathroom, I believe it didn't cost anything to have 1 more. The gates had a loud creak, whoever has a child knows what it bothers to get in and out of the room with the child sleeping. Tbm I MISSED a coffee bottle, plus a dishcloth, and hangers.
