Great stay, we were greeted with pampering provided by the hostess, a wonderful and impeccably clean apartment, with all the necessary household utensils available for use. Claudia is super friendly and attentive, she helped us promptly in a complication we had, I certainly recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in Ubatuba near the center, as the apartment is in a good location, close to pharmacies, restaurants, pet shops, markets, etc. Also close to visit other beaches (by car). 10/10, we'll definitely be back!

The house is wonderful, and the view then? Amazing! But what impresses most is the quality of everything – pots, blender, coffeemaker, fan, air conditioning. All brand-new! I've never been in a beach house with such powerful refrigerators, or other high-end refrigerators. The house is well taken care of – no enclosed smell, and the beds are delicious. Because it is above sea level, less sea level seems to arrive, making everything more fresh and pleasant, even in the rooms with only ventilator. The structure is impeccable: great internet, TVs with all apps, working bathrooms and even the smelly rest network. The swimming pool and the kiosk are in another plot, need to cross the alley, which calls for a logistics with food, but it doesn't spoil anything. Dica: Access requires a robust car. It doesn't have to be 4x4, but a hatch can struggle. We went from Duster and demanded attention. Ana is a phenomenal host, sending everything in advance and organization. Very polite and requests. We'll be back!

We stayed at this vacation home for the last five days and it was just perfect! The location could not be better, literally on the sand, with an incredible view and direct beach access. The house is very nice, spacious, well-equipped and extremely comfortable, with everything working perfectly. Every detail was designed to provide a pleasant and carefree stay. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back! Thank you very much, Lygia, because your home provided my family with a trip with pleasant memories that will be eternal!

The house matches the listing. Very well decorated and equipped. Located a few meters from the beach, on a quiet street. The landscape is beautiful and Bruno was very kind and attentive, always helpful.

Very nice place close to several restaurants... At night we did everything on foot. The apartment is great, the mattresses had covers and are very comfortable!

The holiday we spent was great, each one very spacious, we were in sixteen people, it was super quiet, the division of the rooms, three bathrooms, super accessible, the pool was great, the barbecue area was super nice, it exceeded our expectations, very cozy place

Super cozy house, a super quiet place with the waterfall next to the house, I loved sleeping listening to the sound of the water. I loved all the paintings by Claudia. Claudia and her husband are a sweet couple. It was worth every day I spent there.

The house is very comfortable, even better than in the photos, close to the center if you want to go out at night, everything impeccable and clean, the decorated and spacious balcony is great to rest. I intend to return soon and stay again.
