Great apartment! It's on the main street of the city, you can do everything on foot. There's a lot of movement at night, but nothing absurd, you can sleep peacefully. Comfortable bed, good-sized bathroom and shower with good pressure. Communication with Newton is very good, he always responds promptly and is very kind. I'll come back more often!!!!

I stayed in the apartment to participate in the cycling race (Gran Cup Ubatuba) and the location is excellent, very close to the red beach (starting point). Ykaro's flexible check-in and check-out was a great help, and he always responded promptly to answer any questions that arose. The place is quiet and exactly as shown in the photos. Next time, I think I'll stay in the same place.

My stay was great, the apartment is impeccable and had all the necessary utensils for everyday life, in addition to the comfort of the rooms and the leisure in the kitchen area/super spacious living room! Despite the cold weather during my stay, we enjoyed the hot pool that the condominium offers and we loved it. It's valid for all seasons! The host took all the steps for a safe and easy check-in, always responded quickly and very kindly! I will definitely come back more often! I recommend it to everyone!

The stay at Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not suitable for the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bedding and blankets, but that did not prevent me from enjoying it. Due to the low season when I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it went away by letting the air air out a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and there is not much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.

Very good leisure area in the condominium, with access to a swimming pool, park and ice maker. We are already planning to return and referring to friends.
