We stayed in this apartment and it was a great experience from start to finish. The place is very beautiful, well decorated and super clean. The complete condominium. The location is a great highlight, with easy access to restaurants, markets and the beach, which made our stay much easier. Laura was super attentive, received us at the check in and always willing to help and leave everything right to us. Since the first contact, it was super sweet and made a difference in our experience. We definitely recommend !!

Our stay was super peaceful, the host is always attentive and willing to help, the space is very clean, smells good, with the bedding all clean and smelling good. The apartment is super well equipped, it has everything you need for a peaceful stay. For those traveling with children, a positive point is the extra space on the ground floor. Paula's apartment is great and is located in a condominium with a very good structure and security. The beds are very comfortable, the showers are very good and the kitchen is very well equipped. The only thing is that the curtains are made of a thin, lightweight fabric, so the rooms with access to the balcony are very bright at dawn. The location is excellent for those who like to go out to eat, as you can walk to the best restaurants. Outside of high season, access to the beaches is also very easy. I really enjoyed it, I'd stay again.

Second time staying in this apartment. We really liked the space, it is an excellent condominium (great infrastructure and location). For those who want to stay close to downtown Ubatuba and not depend on a car, it is the right choice. My only observation is that the apartment is in need of a little attention. Nothing that would prevent me from renting again, but because I like this apartment, I am making this addendum. I highly recommend it and will be back!!! And Mayra is always available to guide and help, as is D. Luzia.
