Beach condo vacation rentals in Praia do Lázaro

It was a pleasure to have rented this apartment. Everything perfect, exactly as in the pictures, all very clean and ready to welcome us, not to mention the view to the beach. I will definitely come back again and again. Hosts are always willing to respond. Thanks for having us so well.

Sônia was an excellent host, extremely polite and kind, she gave us all the support we need, gave us all the information with details and photos, and was always available to answer questions and messages. The location of the apartment is wonderful, with a short walk we are on the beach of Toninhas, which is a very familiar beach with a fantastic nature! The apartment is in an old condominium, it is simple, but it was well organized and clean. It is a suitable space for up to 4 people, as we were in 3 for us to be of great size. It has 2 air conditioners working perfectly, 2 televisions (one of them smartv) and a good internet. The structure corresponds to the photos and the listing. Just one note: to return from the beach has a steep ramp, and a flight of stairs to access the apt, so those who have difficulty locomotion may have a bit of a problem. In our case it was quiet the route.

We loved Charles place. Having multiple pools and the gym within the compound made a huge difference to our holidays. The flat was really clean and has everything you need for your holidays. Also we close proximity to the shops and restaurants meant we didn't drive at night. You do have to drive to the beaches and the most beautiful ones we're only about 25min away, so again great location! We will definitely be back. Thanks Charles!

Second time staying in this apartment. We really liked the space, it is an excellent condominium (great infrastructure and location). For those who want to stay close to downtown Ubatuba and not depend on a car, it is the right choice. My only observation is that the apartment is in need of a little attention. Nothing that would prevent me from renting again, but because I like this apartment, I am making this addendum. I highly recommend it and will be back!!! And Mayra is always available to guide and help, as is D. Luzia.

The stay at Francesca's apartment was amazing. The apartment is very large and very well equipped. And the condominium is a show, with many leisure options and very safe. We had a great weekend and would love to come back one day!

we liked the place very much, I felt at home at the time we stayed there. The AP is very spacious and has everything we need to prepare food. The place is very quiet, without clutter or noise. We really liked the AP. without any complaints. We were very well attended, the host always responded when I needed help to check in.

Our accommodation was excellent. We stayed in 4 adults and we were very comfortable. The bachelor mattresses are firmer, but everything as described in the advertisement. The apartment is complete and it was clean when we arrived. You are about 600 m from Itagua beach, a quiet place close to the Guarani street where the restaurants are located. You can do everything on foot, including the morning walks on the beachfront. For breakfast we opted for bakeries around the neighborhood, with emphasis on San Marco (4 blocks from apt) and Integrale (10 blocks). Atendimento do Fernando e da Cátia sensational, agile and very helpful.

super quiet the stay, the super requested and cool host with nosco. the apartment met all the expectations and looked super with the photos.

My family and I like the accommodation, quiet place if noise is very hot because of the kkkk heat, the more we take advantage of the outdoor area with the children. The only sapê beach is very quiet we like it very much, Nivea was always available to help🙏🏻we go back more often😊

Great to travel and bring the kittens, screened space, well aerated with air conditioning, very close to the beach, safe, it has everything close, condominium with swimming pool and leisure infrastructure, great for holidays, super friendly and loving host. Super Recommended!

The house is a grace, it has everything to cook, a fridge and a very good stove. i just wanted to highlight one thing,there are great fans there,but whoever is hot like us,we recommend taking more fans,because it's very hot. Our honeymoon was perfect! Great location, super quiet neighborhood, close to the famous beaches of the center and close to downtown Itaguá. We were made to feel very welcome and the apartment is super cozy and clean. Everything was really worth it <3

A Marisa always very proactive and willing to help guests, a pity that when we went to the pool was under maintenance, she released the bicycles and barbecues for us in return, very well located condominium and the beach more calmly and with less fall than at the other end, it takes a walk to reach markets, bakery etc. more tranquil, the excellent porters, always willing to help with what is necessary, we really like, the AP well equipped with kitchen items and because it is on the ground floor we did not have problems with a lot of people moving pq is right at the bottom of the condominium

The house is spacious, airy, modern, with a wonderful pool. It needs some repairs, like the windows on the balcony in the living room, that were jamming. The property is in an excellent, safe, quiet condominium. Perfect for going with kids.
