Fernando, Fátima and Eva were super attentive and helpful from the start, making our stay even more special. The penthouse is beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, with the advantage of a simply impeccable view! Everything is very well equipped, with a perfect pool and barbecue area for leisure time. The condominium is excellent: super safe, well structured, very well located, pet friendly (a plus for us) and with extremely kind staff. It was, without a doubt, the best investment for days off. We will definitely be back soon and recommend it without so much as a second thought.

We rented the house to go to a nearby wedding and we were 10 people, the house is very large, the space accommodated everyone, the space was clean, organized, in the kitchen there were all the utensils, from large pots to forms, mixer, blender, we didn't need to bring anything from home, very complete. The rooms are well distributed, all being suites, very easy check-in, the stay was very peaceful and as everyone commented on the trip, it's a house that makes you happy to rent, if we go to Guarujá again, it's definitely where we'll stay. We thank the hosts for responding quickly, as I sent a message before leaving the house asking if there was a large pot to make food for 10 people and he responded immediately, helping in that regard. They were kind enough to leave toilet paper in the bathrooms, in the kitchen there was also a napkin, toothpick, things that in other stays I didn't have, the house has excellent security, the pool and barbecue were clean Finally, you can rent without fear

The home of Carolina offers the best of both worlds: it is close to the beach, where it rolls quite agitated and is a delight to spend the day, while at the same time it offers a place surrounded by nature enough to be a refuge within another. In addition, the house is equipped with all the utensils we need, which made it very easy to just enjoy the space. Finally, air-conditioning in all the rooms is a differential, because the summer nights have been hot. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

I spent a few days at Daniel's apartment with my family and we really liked it. It is close to the beach and close to shopping, has beach service, an ice machine and direct access to the beach. Check-in and check-out were quick and without bureaucracy.

Super quiet place, with a beautiful view of the mountains and right in front of the sea. They provide chairs, ice, and the service works well. It has toys for the kids and a great barbecue grill to make that barbecue. It's really worth it, a top experience!

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. The house is simply perfect, it is beautiful, super comfortable, well maintained and full of details that show the whim that the house has. We arrived and the house was impeccable, very clean and organized, it perfectly suited me and my family, with en-suites equipped with air-conditioning, TV, fan, pillows, toilet paper, mat, all with a workbench and cozy decor. The kitchen is beautiful, with a huge and super functional island, a delight to spend family moments cooking and talking, it has all the utensils, dishes and cups, nothing was missing. Ahhh and the sound was certainly a separate differential, with separate height adjustment for each environment, awesome!! The heated pool is not even mentioned, we went in the fall and we were able to enjoy it a lot because it was heated, even at night. If it weren't heated, we probably wouldn't even use it because of the cold. Besides the house being PERFECT, Chris and Edu were super attentive and kind to us We'll definitely get back, I loved it!
