I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The place is exactly as in the pictures: very beautiful, modern, well decorated and extremely cozy. The location is excellent, perissimo the beach, a beautiful view. The service was also impeccable, always very attentive and helpful. I will definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

Best view in the area! Fully air-conditioned apartment, perfect for hot days. Two complete suites with king bed, full kitchen, perfectly functioning internet, smart TV and amenities. Very polite, proactive and flexible hosts. Check in Quick and staff of the Building very solicited and polite. A pity that the recreational areas of the building are not open to the guest, but this is warned in the listing! Important notice that the apartment has the balcony/windows locked for opening, for security, we do not care and made no difference, the air conditioning is perfect, but it can be a matter for those who care. The Fico building on the galheta hill, super close to the beach of stilts. I recommend and would come back.

We had a great stay at Dulcineia's apartment. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed during our trip. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described in the listing. Dulcineia was an attentive host, always available and helpful, which made all the difference. The only observation is that it was not possible to use the condominium's common areas, which would have made the experience even more complete. Either way, the stay was very pleasant and we certainly recommend it!

Super recommend hosting. The building is new, with a wonderful view, excellent leisure area and location. We did everything on foot during our stay. The beach is a few meters from the apartment, around it there are markets and plenty of shops. The apartment is very cozy, clean, and has a wonderful view. We managed to have a barbecue and enjoy it a lot. The bed and bath linens were impeccable as well. The door has an electronic lock, which makes it much easier not to have to take keys when leaving. It has kitchen utensils for those who want to cook and Wi-Fi for remote work. For those who need Uber, we were able to get around without a problem with this type of transportation. You can rent it without fear!

I highly recommend it, spacious and well organized. We stayed for 5 days total, 4 adults 11 children. Everything was very impeccable. I recommend it, I'll be back more often.

From the first contact the host has always been extremely cordial and helpful. The apartment is very well located, concierge and security also helpful, easy to park, close to various types of commerce and literally foot in the sand. The apto is a grace, well decorated, well equipped, we find everything very clean and organized. It looks like you thought of every detail that we guests would need and arranged everything with whimsy. Cama Tasty, all airy, we don't even turn on the air conditioning for a few days, hot shower and everything, all even as described in the listing. Only the view of the balcony that is very much better in person :-). It was certainly the first of many stays. And let more holidays/vacations come!

The Solemar house is wonderful, just like and even better than in the photos, spacious and organized. Check-in and check-out without bureaucracy, the hosts Rita and Luiz are always very friendly and attentive. We loved the wonderful stay, we will return more times for sure!

We rented the house for the holiday with friends and it was really a find! Excellent location, great restaurants, bars, beach close to the house.. The house is super equipped, it had everything we needed, even netflix haha, we love it! Of course there are new opportunities we will return more often!!

Location is great, mto good beach. Check in was super easy and flexible. It's really pet friendly, the dogs loved the yard.

The house is wonderful, very spacious, bright, ventilated, it doesn't have that characteristic smell of a beach house It was very clean, and has everything we need, the pool is incredibly good, the pool water is warm, another very good point is that it is right on the sand!! I spent the holiday at Kelly's home together with my family, we got in early, but we paid a separate amount so we could check in earlier. We loved the stay, cozy house, I loved that I had toys for my 1 year old baby to play, he loved and had a lot of fun. The only point is that the pool is different from the photos of the ad, I think they decreased until I forgot to comment with Kelly, but even so we used the pool between few people, until my baby came in with the float. I hope to come back more often, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Thanks for your stay Kelly!!!

Super indico!! The house is beautiful and super cozy, my friends and I felt at home. The space is impeccable, clean and the linens are very fragrant. I will definitely come back more often.

Amazing accommodation for a couple, my fiancé and I got off by bus and upon arriving at the apartment everything very clean and cozy, what surprised me very much in the apt were the basic items such as a simple detergent in the sink, dishwashing bushes, toilet paper in the bathroom, (simple things that I did not find in other stays..) bed cloths and carpets all clean, we feel the touch of love in each corner of the apt. Regarding the location, it was our first time in aviation, it really has everything about, but we left for dinner and we found bar options, real food rice and beans rs’ and good music only in Guilhermina a few minutes from the apartment, we were walking and finally a super delicious tour. Vilmar always very polite, Thank you so much for your stay, we will be back for sure.

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.
