Exceptional accommodation, the place is incredibly charming and the surroundings too. Sandra is attentive and easy to communicate with by message. Perfect accommodation, however the wifi connection is not very good and does not work in the whole house.

The apartment is located very close to Garatucaia beach. You walk to the beach, to the square, to the market place. It's all very close. In the period we went, the condominium was very quiet, quiet. Place is extremely safe. The apartment perfectly meets the listing description and accommodates eight people peacefully. In addition to the bed, there were mattresses available for use,which can be placed in the room, which is very large and holds all the mattresses. In the kitchen, the appliances available worked perfectly. And Tatiana is a great host, always available for questions. We'll be back for sure.

It was all very good, the host Alexandre was very flexible with the time of entry and departure, promptly answered our questions, Apartment extremely clean and organized, place with wonderful views, good restaurants and with a fair price... I would recommend it to everyone, I will definitely come back other times...

Lovely stay in Ilha Grnade. A beautiful area to stay within a close proximity to the town. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a stay on the island.

Aurelia's place is excellent! Conveniently walkable to the restaurants and bars but set back enough to be quiet. Clean and beautiful space.

The stay was very peaceful, super well located and close to the center and boarding/disembarking deck. Clean room, with air-conditioning, kitchen with cooking items and hot shower. I would definitely come back!

It is a basic house. What you see in the photos. The location is good and it was clean, the beds were good.

WE WERE ABOUT TEN DAYS ON SITE AND EVERYTHING WAS VERY NICE, THE HOUSE IS VERY WELCOMING AND GAVE US EVERYTHING WE NEED IN THE STAY: KITCHEN WITH UTENSILS ( WE LOVE TO PREPARE OUR CAFE OF THE MORNING) , GAS SHOWER, NETWORK TO READ, AMONG OTHER COMFORTS. QUIET PLACE NEXT TO THE FOREST ( FOR US, A PARADISE!!)

We had an excellent stay at Jenifer's house, there were 2 of us and we were very comfortable. A plus: Below the apartment there is a market, run by "Tuna" a very nice and pleasant man, his market has a variety of things, but the best thing is his attention. Thank you, we felt right at home!

The house has a great location, next to the Marina and very close to the beach. the condominium is quiet and safe. The house has a beautiful view the weekend was wonderful!

I loved my stay at this place as well as André's warm approach. The visit to the beehives and orchard was a highlight, both soothing and enriching. The apartment is nice and very clean, although a little dark (being located on the ground floor). The place is in a less crowded part of the island, which offers beautiful tranquility. However, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to a beach suitable for swimming. A perfect place for those looking for calm and nature. André's welcome was exceptional: he even kindly offered transportation to Angra. Feel free to ask them for suggestions to discover beautiful places or water activities — their advice is valuable!

The house met all expectations. The place is perfect, wonderful look. Nearby the house has a super easy to reach kayak, several fish and turtles. The host Rodrigo responds quickly to all msgs and the housekeeper is always willing to help. I would definitely recommend the site and would come back.

Easy to access from the port. I recommend you ask One of the Port’s luggage porters to take your luggage to the place if you have heavy baggage or those that need to be wheeled. This place is near a fresh fruit market and also the BEST seafood restaurant on the island . The home is rustic but so is the rest of Ilha Grande. Great amount of living space for multiple guests - we were (4) and had enough beds for double that. We made use of the outdoor covered table for family breakfasts and used the backyard outdoor shower to wash off sand and seawater before going into the house. Be ready to air out the house when arriving as indoor moisture is a common issue in all Ilha Grande hotels and homes. After putting on the AC at max for a few hours, everything was fine. I would definitely come back and rent this place and Sued was a super kind, flexible, & accommodating host - everything you need for a relaxing vacay. Also, beds were surprisingly very comfy!

Our stay was wonderful! Mr. José is extremely requested and very nice. The view of the apartment is exceptional, the condominium is note 10, there is a playground where my son could play at night, club grade 10, etc. Good beach, good club pool and bar with good service in the pool as well. I took advantage of the sun of the weekend and it was all exceptional.

My family and I felt at home . The owner was super polite and friendly . The super comfortable and pleasant accommodation, it was wonderful to wake up to the noise of the sea , the pools are amazing, warm and all clean, mega organized condominium, amazing view, the house also comfortable just missed the laundry area inside the AP, but outside it was all cozy and very pleasant. Clean and airy environment. Grateful to the owner and Mr. Tiago for tips and accommodation . God Bless you !!!!

Lindomar was a great host. He was very informative and made sure I had everything I needed to have a good stay. I don’t speak Portuguese very will and he tried his absolute best to make sure the language barrier was not an issue. The apartment itself had the best view. The resort was also very nice as well and was the perfect place to work due to it having a restaurant on site and a pool to take a little break from work, without having to take much time off from my workday. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

A memorable place. Fernanda to answer me was very attentive and quick. It has a lot of entertainment on site and is very cozy, not forgetting the view that is stunning. Wake up in the morning looking directly to the sea, renews all the energies. I definitely recommend it.

Second time staying at an accommodation of Andrea's. As always, impeccable, well-equipped place and magnificent location. We were very pleased again.

Very cozy, we loved the stay! We felt at home, everything was impeccable. The location is excellent, the Resort is very good: natural pool, spa, play area, great to go with the family! Inside the resort's Marina, there are boats to the big island, excellent for tours! Everything was beyond expectations at Telma's apartment. We'll be back! We really liked it.

Mariza is a great host, she answered quickly and answered all my questions. The apartment is complete, has all the kitchen utensils, I preferred to take my bed and bath linen, has air in the 3 rooms and fans on the balcony, 3 tvs smarts, fast internet, and a wonderful view of the sea and large island. The condominium with sauna, natural and tile pools, gym, courts, game room, arcade, ping pong, beaches among others. It was very worth it and I already guaranteed my discount for the next booking, I will be back soon.
