No wonder this was our third stay with Luciana. It probably won't be the last. The apartment is very clean, fragrant, super well-equipped with everything we need (and more). Located extremely close (within walking distance) to Orla Bardot and Rua das Pedras, which makes it a lot easier. We easily found restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores nearby. It is also very easy to walk to some beaches, including some beautiful ones (Azeda, Azedinha and João Fernandes).

We had a great time at Diego's place. Niede's warm welcome and explanations made it easy for us to make our mark quickly. And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. Which meant a lot of peace of mind. With the condominium full, I think we would have less privacy. It has a market and restaurant next door and is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very friendly!

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive. The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. They have all the kitchen items, and everything is very new and of quality. Amei!
