We had a great holiday in the apartment! The space is very comfortable, clean and well equipped, perfect for enjoying with the family. My wife, son and I felt at home throughout the stay. The location was also good. A special mention goes to the host, who was extremely attentive and helpful from the first contact. Always available, it made all the difference in our experience. I highly recommend it!

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfortable. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including benches to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls by car, about 10 min. I found it great value for money.

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

The house is fully equipped, we didn't want for anything, we felt right at home. Very good location in the center. The wifi worked perfectly, Nico was very attentive to everything. I'd go again! Highly recommended. 10 out of 10

I can say that we felt at home. Everything that was advertised was in agreement. The apartment is great, everything is very clean, it has everything we need in the kitchen, bed linen, bath. It has beach chairs and umbrellas. Bedroom closet and dresser that fits all the clothes we brought. A delightful balcony overlooking the main avenue. All shops nearby and the beach a step away from the apartment. The building staff always request, giving all the information we want with courtesy and promptness. As for Michele, a lovely hostess, concerned with our well-being, always asking if we needed anything. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect. We thank Michele for all the attention. We'll be back soon.

Excellent LOCATION, excellent CONDOMINIUM. We could not enjoy the sauna, it was not available. Another thing that caught our attention was the cleanliness, it was not the best, they did not clean the furniture for example, sheets were changed after 7 days Towels were changed almost every other day but then the excellent service from the condominium staff we would go back 100%

Very good space. Great pool, close to Cabo Frio and Arraial downtown, but if you want you can just stay, but as I like to explore the surroundings, the location is very good. Thank you and I will always come back. If you want to go for a walk, it's a very quick drive from Pontal beach to enjoy the neighborhood of Passagem in Cabo Frio day and night (a tip, these 2)

Great place with a lot of space for family. Everything is very well organized and beautiful. One of the best places to stay in Arraial do Cabo. I'll come back other times.

The accommodation is simply wonderful! Nice was super kind, already gave great recommendations for tours and restaurants. The apartment was spotless, just like in the pictures. Very comfy and cozy space. The condominium is also amazing, we loved the food at the restaurant, the place is very beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend it!!

Great apartment, with all the items we need. Super peaceful and family condominium. It is 15 minutes from the center, perfect for those who go by car. I'll definitely come back more often.

Our accommodation was amazing, we love every space in the condominium, everything is clean and organized, it is excellent to take the whole family and enjoy everything that is offered, everything in the description is real, Petterson was very attentive, whenever he had a question he answered promptly. The condominium is great, very safe especially for children. Quiet beach practically private. Our stay was wonderful. We have nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. The condominium is peaceful, great for walking our dogs with peace of mind. The house is super comfortable, it was ideal to relax and enjoy with the pets. Priscila was super attentive, always responding very quickly. She solved a little problem we had with the fridge and shower right away. José Guilherme saved us from a previous rental, we rented a house that had a lot of problems and we had to leave it urgently. Luckily, we found this house and he was super helpful and organized everything as soon as possible for our arrival. The house is new, it was super clean and smelled good (especially the duvets and bedding), it has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, it has 3 bathrooms, new appliances, a super-equipped kitchen with everything you need, a very nice living and dining room and with smart TV, a very nice lawn behind and in front of the house, the condominium pool was very good and had a gym too, with some essential items for exercising, in addition to parking. Anyway, it was a super pleasant stay, they were super attentive and certainly made our trip happier.

We had a great (but too short!) stay in this beautiful and extremely well located house. Between the sea view from the shaded terrace, the artistic and very neat decoration, the beauty of the residence... our only regret is not being able to stay longer!
