The house is wonderful. As described! There is cleaning on site. The beach is within walking distance. Very beautiful condominium.

100% recommended! The best view from the balcony, the sunsets, listening to the sound of the sea at night is priceless. The apartment is clean, with the services as described and Guto always responding immediately! I would definitely come back.

Great location. The most central of Praia do Forte. Good rooms, one with a balcony and a side view of the sea. Good internet. Good kitchen. Easy garage to get in and out. From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., another entrance even closer to the beach is available, just call the entrance.

The house is super-equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-maintained condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and a large outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes by car from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

Our stay was wonderful at Elaine's house. The house is super complete, it had everything in the kitchen for preparing meals, from pots to dish towels. All in excellent condition. In addition, the house has a clean and fragrant sofa and the mattresses have a protective cover and were all clean as well as the clean and fragrant bedding. The house has a super nice and cozy decor. We spent very comfortable and super satisfying days. The house is in a super quiet residential neighborhood where we can walk to 2 grocery stores nearby that offer everything for everyday life, including a mini bakery. Really very practical. It is just minutes from Geribá Beach and Porto da Barra. We love the place, it's really beautiful and the house is 4 km from it. We enjoyed every minute with great satisfaction. I couldn't fail to mention Elaine's excellent service, always available and effective in her tips and guidance.

The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook). It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very friendly!
