The apartment is a cute and well equipped. Unfortunately, we had “noisy” neighbors and we got a change in the building at the time of our lodging. We also heard some bombs being released near the building from Saturday to Sunday. On the same day there was a party nearby whose sound was quite loud after 22:00. Taking away these setbacks that have no relation to the apartment, our experience with the apartment and the host was great. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay. It is a few minutes from PRAINHA in Arraial. It was the beach we liked the most in these days when we stayed.

Everything as described, very comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. Location with all kinds of shops very close. Luís was helpful… the iron didn't work, I told him and he promptly provided another. I recommend and would come back again. Ah, there is a bakery next to the entrance of the AP, where we have coffee every day, it served us very well.

The residence is very rustic, the upper floor is excellent with a bedroom and a balcony with a very large barbecue area, the lower floor has a large living room, and two bedrooms, one of which is very small. For my profile, it fits perfectly, I will definitely be back when I can.

The apartment is very good, it has a category and was modernized. It really is very functional. It is fully equipped and all the appliances are of high quality (full kitchen, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, washing machine and a very good drinking water purifier.) It also has a Smart TV and WiFi. It has air conditioning in every room, but not in the dining room. It has two bathrooms (small), one en suite, they are not very comfortable. The location is excellent, it is in front of the beach, you go down and you are literally on one of the most beautiful beaches in Arraial. It's not a central area, but there are some shops and restaurants nearby. In that area, the most activity is during the day. At night it is very quiet and if you want some entertainment you have to go downtown, it is very close, you can walk, but Uber works very well. The host Marcello is very good and very attentive, he offers information about the place and gives recommendations 100% recommended

Cozy apartment organized everything clean near everything supermarket bakery to go to the bus station if I preferred very close to the beach there is no air conditioning but the fans meet well I haven't spent any heat at all time

For the second time I returned to the apartment. It's even better than 2020. New air conditioning. And nothing has been damaged since then. It's still very good. Very clean apartment. Good building, everything is great. I highly recommend it

During my stay with my family at Luciana's place we felt right at home, it was a super complete place, well organized and clean. The neighborhood is very quiet, and also close to the center, we could walk there. It is an accessible place and close to everything. Luciana was very helpful and pleasant, she communicated with us at all times.

Super cozy, clean and large house! Communication with Paula was super quiet, she always very responsive and attentive. Great location too, very close to Rua das Pedras, without contacting that there is a market and pharmacy a few meters away. I loved it and will come back more often for sure!!!

We stayed a group of 6, quite comfortable. Equipped kitchen, good air conditioning, bakery and a convenience store nearby. Giselle greeted us earlier to leave our luggages in even after checkout, a tremendous hostess! thank you so much for everything, I highly recommend it.

We really like the apartment, great location. The apartment and the condominium are beautiful. We only miss a few utensils in the kitchen. And in the bathroom, there could be a hand towel and liquid soap. These are details that would make a difference.
