The apartment is the same was announced and the condominium contemplates everything necessary to meet the stay if you do not stroll through the city one of the days. As it is located in the Olympic Park, it is a bit far away but to use transportation it is quiet as there are nearby BRT stations leading to the subway. The hostess was requested and served us with education and everything else. I recommend airbnb, even more for shows at Farmasi Arena.

Very quiet house large and quiet, has a market in the condominium and many restaurants and beaches nearby I loved and I'm sure I will come back. Note: the porters always very polite and solicited gave tips and were always willing to help.

First time I went to Rio and the experience couldn't have been better! Silvia is extremely nice, she helped us with flexibility at check-in and we always stayed in touch. The apartment is very conveniently located: two blocks from the beach and has everything nearby (Super Market and restaurants). It's very nice and cozy, and has everything you need. You're all set Check-in very practical through digital doorknob, gentle and caring gatekeepers, gave us the zap of the gatehouse to warn of our order from iFood. Clean and organized place. Kitchen with the basics, but works very well for short stays, catering very well. The building has no elevator, but for us it was not a problem, even with 2 young children. The parking space of the car is not at the door of the building, but it is in the back that we also saw no problem, because we were able to see our balcony car and we were more relaxed. There is a little market inside the condominium that saves, the prices are not abusive, a little more expensive, but it is worth the convenience. The city had an evaluation that complained about the shower, the pressure really varies during the bath, but just open the faucet a little more. We even found the shower great, with good pressure and temperature very easy to adjust. But you have to be willing to do the minimum, gas shower is not the same electric, you have to know how to use

Stephane was always responsive. The place looked just like in the pictures. Amazing location, right next to the beach. Great options for food and drink nearby. Safe building with receptionist 24 hours. Enjoyed the stay.

Host always available and responsive. Location very well located, 1 minute from the beach. Building with a porter, great for security. Although there was no air conditioning, I had no heat problems in the dates I stayed, the maximum temperature was 30 degrees. I recommend and will host in the same location again. Marta was very concerned about our stay, she answered our questions quickly and accurately. I recommend the apartment to future guests.

Rodrigo and his brother Marcelo are exemplary hosts. Impeccable apartment, everything properly organized, with towels for guests and condominium with great safety infrastructure, food, leisure area and gym. The property's location is also privileged, with exit very close to the avenue of the Americas. There are also some restaurants very close to walking (and also a market), which made our stay a lot easier. I highly recommend the property!

The apartment is fantastic - very well equipped, comfortable, with lots of practical solutions. It is perfect for both long and short stays in Rio. Right round the corner you will find the Botanical Garden and the Lage Park, as well as lots of cafes, restaurants, cool clothing shops, pharmacies and supermarkets. It can get a bit in the evening and at night due to heavy traffic, though. I would still recommend it!

Ricardo and Uliana were super nice, promptly met the needs that arose and were always in touch to see if I needed anything else! The location was excellent for what I needed, the flat is as shown in the photo, very cozy and practical! Everything was perfect! ☺️☺️
