Very nice, cozy spot for one or two people. Great location in Rio....easy access to Ipanema and Copacabana. Lots of restaurants nearby - but, that everywhere here in Rio! LOL! At least 3 restaurants on every block! I'd come here again.

I and my family love the weekend. Mara is a great host, attentive and polite, a wonderful person! The house is beautiful, cozy and well organized!

Our experience at this place was consistently positive! The apartment is spacious, well equipped and perfectly located, just a few steps from Copacabana. There are numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping in the immediate vicinity, so there is nothing missing. Particularly noteworthy is the very good air conditioning, which ensured pleasant temperatures, as well as the complete furnishing of the apartment. The host was extremely friendly, communicative and responded quickly to our messages, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Another plus: Even the porters were super helpful and even organized a private parking space for us so we didn't have to park on the street. Overall a recommendation – we would come back anytime

The view from the apartment is really cinematic, in person it's even more beautiful! The apartment was very clean and smelling when we arrived. The location is great, close to everything.

I really enjoyed the accommodation, a very quiet place in relation to noise and safety. For those who are without a car has a staircase that leads to the beach, and to the local commercial, average level of difficulty. the apartment is very spacious, the view is wonderful, but the beach we have a view cannot be frequented because it is a military instruction area, only with authorization, but it is very close to the beach of Grumari, and for those who like naturalism has the apricó beach. The apartment is well equipped with useful utensils for those who cook their own diet, large stove, oven working and all the equipment for their stay, mainly water purifier. The bed is very comfortable, shower has a good waterfall, has a smart TV that is essential. general is an excellent accommodation, a caveat for Lucia who is Pedro's mother and takes care of the accommodations, extremely gentle. Our stay at Carnival was perfect, we felt at home, your Carlos is a very helpful host, the house is very cozy has bed linens, kitchen utensils, served us well. The pool is wonderful and the view is impeccable. Loved our stay.

I loved spending four days in Carlos's apartment, the location is excellent and is ideal for going with small guys because it has a crib, a saddle to eat and toys like that was ideal ... thank you Carlos ! I'll definitely be back!

This is the second time we have stayed at Flat in Rio and the experience was excellent again! The apartment has an amazing view. We went with a baby and we had a bathtub, high chair, crib and stroller. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, it even has a washing machine. In addition to being very well decorated. Impeccable towels and sheets. The condo is excellent. They provide an umbrella and lounge chairs, as well as having a supermarket, pharmacy, and bakery, all within the same complex. Maxcinny responds very quickly and is very warm. He left us some delicious chocolates as a gift. I highly recommend staying in their apartments.

Apartment with excellent view, facing the sea. Mario is super attentive, clean apartment and safe condominium. We even used the condominium pool when it was sunny, a complete experience. We'll definitely be back more often.

The apartment is extremely complete, clean, tidy. It is part of a hotel so there is a hairdresser, bar, swimming pool and several other services. There are reception staff, which adds to the security issue. In addition, the accommodation has many elements that make your stay easier. We loved it. We recommend it and we'll choose it again.

We had an amazing experience. The place is very organized, clean and welcoming. At the corner of the beach, close to everything. We had at our disposal all the utensils we need, the owner Wanda thought in the smallest detail to welcome a visitor. Not to mention that Wanda is a love, very polite and caring. Note miiiillll. Great location only one block from Copacabana Beach. Beautiful view from rooftop. Good space for larger groups with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Host and building staff are friendly and professional.

Let’s start off with, if you’re reading this book it before it’s gone! This is 10/10 bnb. one of the absolute best Air BNB I’ve stayed in. As we’re arriving from the states we arrived early. John and Charlotte made it possible for us to check in early! Huge help as we’re staying for two weeks and had lots of luggage! At arrival they had snacks, fruits, and cookies for us! First thing you see when you arrive is the beautiful view from the main window in the living room. We got the choice on how to set up the bedrooms! It was perfect as we were a large group. From John’s bnb there so many places to eat and even more as John provided many restaurants on a list for us! John and charlotte are super attentive. Twice we called them by accident and they responded writhin seconds to see if we were okay! Lastly our last day was Sunday and our flights weren’t till 9 pm! John allowed us to stay till we left at 6! Thank you again John and everyone from the door staff to charlotte! Obrigado🙏🏽 10/

I've been traveling the world for years in search of extraordinary places: This apartment turned out to be one of the best I've experienced in my time renting houses by the sea. It has a luxury that very few of us value: the luxury of good taste and design. The house has everything you need to spend a few days at the beach in all its aspects: PERFECT. From the choice of furniture, the collection of objects, the view and the comfort: CONGRATULATIONS TO THE OWNERS and their host ANDREA.

We loved the location right by the beach (not really a swimming beach as too agitated but very lovely nonetheless) and there is an excellent supermarket right there across the road. The flat has a wonderful view of the beach with the surfers, as well as of the very large and beautiful swimming pool. Worth noting that the pool is closed fully every Monday and on other days it's open from 9am to 7pm.

We stayed for 5 days and had a great experience! The apartment is very clean, organized, airy and has a welcoming atmosphere. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with markets, pharmacies and shops nearby, in addition to having a 24-hour doorman, which gave us a lot of security. We were very well received by Ione, who introduced us to the space very kindly, and Julio was always helpful and attentive in the messages. The apartment met our expectations very well and we would definitely stay there again!

What an amazing place to stay in such a great location that was close to everything. The view from all windows was spectacular especially letting that ocean breeze. This place felt like home. Location was spot on with nearby restaurants, bars, shops and anything else you could think of. Beach is right across the street. Our host was so amazing to communicate with and she was so sweet, patient, understanding and flexible with all my request and needs. Best part of this booking was our communication. We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again!

Excellent everything from check-in to check-out! It can be noted that the windows chill a little when there is a lot of wind (obviously being closed)... the internet was quite bad and to take into account the mattress is too soft to take into account

The apartment is exactly the same as the listing. It was easy to check in and everything was impeccable. The balcony is large and beautiful, you can see the beach and hear the waves breaking, a delight to have coffee there. The building has foot lava at the entrance, so you can get into the apartment without getting all dirty if you go to the beach. The ap is close to the Olegário Maciel where there are many wonderful bars and restaurants, it also has tagged parking to get in that you will need to put in the car. If it is by car the entrance is on the back street but you will need to go through the gatehouse before to do the Your registry. Rodrigo is very helpful and friendly, responded quickly to our requests, in addition to being receptive. I highly recommend it.

Wow! Just book it! This is by far the best Airbnb I have stayed at. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. The art deco and brutalist style are also to die for…on top of the space being beautiful and breathtaking, Adriana was very responsive, and displayed exceptional hospitality. She went as far as cooking me lunch my first day, and walking me to the market! I would absolutely book again.
