It's one block from the beach. With living room/kitchen (bicama) + 1 bedroom (suite, double bed), it has all the comfort for the guest to save $ and cook on site (stove, refrigerator and household utensils, barbecue and external laundry). Sleeps up to 4 people. It's in the back of my house, it has a dividing gate between the houses. Pets are allowed, as long as they are docile. The car should be parked parallel to the street (quiet neighborhood). Notify about check-in after 9 p.m., as it will be evaluated.

Será locado apenas o segundo andar, entrada independente. A casa fica no centro de Pontal do Sul. A pé, fica a uns 10 a 15 minutos do mar, de carro, fica a uns cinco minutos. O espaço é bastante seguro. Também ficamos próximo ao embarque para ilha do Mel. Estacionamento: O carro pode ser estacionado ao lado, com portão ou em frente a casa, nunca tivemos problema. Próximo a mercados, posto de saúde, restaurantes, pizzaria, academia e tudo o que você precisar. Venha e não se arrependerá!
