It's one block from the beach. With living room/kitchen (bicama) + 1 bedroom (suite, double bed), it has all the comfort for the guest to save $ and cook on site (stove, refrigerator and household utensils, barbecue and external laundry). Sleeps up to 4 people. It's in the back of my house, it has a dividing gate between the houses. Pets are allowed, as long as they are docile. The car should be parked parallel to the street (quiet neighborhood). Notify about check-in after 9 p.m., as it will be evaluated.

The land is private, it is 150 meters from the boarding/disembarking pier and the main beach; close to markets, bakery, restaurants and other shops. **We do not provide groceries and personal items such as bath towels, soaps, toothpaste, etc.
