Monthly Rentals in Praia de Piratininga

Our experience at Alvimar's apartment couldn't have been better! In addition to the space being great, super well equipped, clean and comfortable, the building is very safe, modern and well located. The neighborhood is great, quiet and very family-friendly! And what about the host's hospitality? Alvimar was very attentive and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it more, but I'll definitely be back other times.

Daniel was very helpful in everything I needed. Local with great cost benefit, I recommend the venue for a few nights! I'll leave it safe in case of need to return.

Pedro is an excellent host, responding with agility and kindness and maintaining a lot of flexibility. The apartment is large, beautiful and well located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the city and close to the bakery and restaurant. Excellent experience!
