The apartment is very spacious, organized, well-equipped and is a short walk away from the beach. During my stay, there was a little maintenance in the building, which the host warned me in advance to let me know, showing attention and cordiality. Voltaria more often for sure. The stay was excellent! The site is very well located, which made our tours a lot easier. The space was exactly like in the pictures: super cozy, clean and well-organized. Adriana's space was excellent. Amazing view, really beautiful. The apartment is well ventilated and very well lit. Excellent location, it can be very close to Natal and at the same time far away to have tranquility. Adriana helped me with everything that was possible. Clean bed and bath linens, clean bathroom accommodations. Everything was clean, except for the kitchen objects (cutlery, pots and glasses) and appliances (blender, sandwich maker, etc...) almost all dirty and greasy, it was necessary to clean them well to be able to use them. I also point out the lack of cleaning on the window panes, which are in horrible condition. However, the experience in Adriana's space was excellent. I definitely recommend it

Everything as mentioned in the announcement. Only one point of attention, the condominium has very strict rules, otherwise very cool, extremely well cared for environment, kind and considerate employees.

This place has a soul. It's one of those spaces that are not only inhabited, but felt. The surfer vibe is in every corner: the breeze coming in through the windows, the sound of the sea nearby, the careful but relaxed details… Nothing is left to chance, everything invites you to stay. To flow. To shift down a gear. I felt right at home from day one (this is the second year I've booked it for a long stay). It has everything you need (and more) to live comfortably, cook delicious food, rest deeply and go out surfing as if you were a local. It's simple, but with a vibe. With soul. Just the way I like it. I would go back a thousand times...

I loved staying in the apartment. When I arrived, everything was clean and organized. Good bed and bath linens are available. The kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and peaceful. The view of Morro do Careca is beautiful. Elton always responds very quickly to messages and is very helpful. We didn't have any problems. Great location, the beach in front is very good for bathing and eating. Cozy hotel structure, easy access, leisure options for adults and children. Apartment as advertised, cozy too, basic and essential utensils available, hot water, electric shower, spacious. At night the surroundings are not very busy, but during the day it is very centralized, close to several tourist spots, including the beach in front that is beautiful and great for bathing and eating. The hotel's leisure area offers a swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna, super quiet and clean. I forgot a bag in the parking lot and everyone's return was super quick in locating and caring for it, leaving everything stored until someone I trust could pick it up.

The seclusion is very well located, close to taxis to go to the nearby beaches, close to restaurants for lunch or dinner. It was not necessary to rent a car. If you had any questions, the answer was very quick. Very nice pool and facilities. Highly recommended.

Loved the flat! João Vitor was very receptive from the booking to the end. The place is exactly like the photos. Very tasteful decoration, good quality bed and bath linens, hair dryer, bathroom with wonderful shower, super organized, very cozy. Easy access, quiet street, close to bars, grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. Definitely when we get back to Natal we'll stay there.

The house was just like the photos. Super comfortable beds, rooms with blackout, where no light came in. Isadora responds instantly! The house has 3 levels, so there are a lot of stairs. It could only use 1 oven, my daughters love to bake cakes and they couldn't. Each room has its own bathroom, so it was quick to bathe the 11 people who stayed. I recommend this house!

We love staying in the apartment! Luciano was great, always responsive, polite and organized. The location is perfect, facing the sea and next to Morro do Careca! The air-conditioners worked very well! The only observation is that, to get to the apartment, you go down a long staircase, so for those who have difficulty getting around, it can be a point to note. Our group liked it a lot, I definitely recommend it and would come back other times!
