Beautiful place! Luxury cover, beautiful view, decoration of the first apartment, highlight the bed linen that was impeccable and in all bathrooms with liquid soap,shampoo and quality conditioner. A balcony with barbecue with a hard to describe view of so beautiful is a wine cellar full of high quality wines. Another special point was the receptivity of Hostã Yasmim and her husband who was excellent where he presented the whole apartment to us. Certainly when I return to Guarapari I will be there again

New apartment, fully equipped, super comfortable, I felt at home. Laudiceia, which was our host, very attentive and always worried if everything was going well. 24h gate, super insurance, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, snack bars all close.

The apartment is in perfect condition (painting of walls and impeccable plaster ceiling), electronic lock on the door. 3 bedrooms (2 are suite) very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are in good condition, the apartment has a gas heater, working perfectly. The concierge of the building is 24h and easy to access, the building has foot lava on the ground floor (as it is close to the beach). I will definitely locate again when I go to Guarapari.

Excellent accommodation, exceeded expectations. Great barbecue area, ocean view, full kitchen. Andre always answered our questions quickly. Very well located, we didn't even take the car out of the garage. I definitely recommend it.

Jussara is an excellent host, super helpful and very polite. The apartment is excellent, with plenty of space, well ventilated, appliances and electronics available, everything very clean, organized and the main thing is very well located, close to everything. I highly recommend it, I'll be back with my family for sure.

The place is exactly as the photos, very comfortable and functional, the kitchen is very well equipped, comfortable and new beds. It is close to the beaches of Bacutia and Peracanga. I really enjoyed the communication and the reception! We'll be back again!!

Great place to stay - Maria was extremely responsive and helpful, and went out of her way to arrange a taxi for us back to Vitoria airport. Her parents were also extremely welcoming and everything went very smoothly throughout. Very comfy rooms and great facilities! We highly recommend Maria's place to anyone wishing to stay in the area :)

We were in a group of 15 people in the house and it met our expectations. Privacy to have a barbecue and socialize after the beach, close to everything we need (supermarket, produce market, pharmacy, beverage distributor), in addition to being close to a busy square with toys. As we were with children, the yard, trampoline and toys that are already in the house were extremely valid. We loved the stay and only have compliments to the hosts, who were always kind, proactive and available. Photos depict the location exactly. Nothing but praise and the certainty that we will be back soon!

This is not the first time we have stayed at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we felt at home. Eduardo is a great host and Rodrigo, who takes care of the house, is very proactive. The house has also undergone improvements in the past year, making it even more comfortable. In addition to the complete leisure area and all the necessary utensils available, we are delighted by the beautiful view of the lagoon and the many fruit trees in the yard. We look forward to returning soon!

We were treated very well by Paulo and his father Luiz Carlos. The house is excellent, in measure, but the real view is MORE BEAUTIFUL than in the photos! Besides, it's a 5-minute walk to the beach!

The apartment is a beautiful duplex facing the sea. Hearing the sound of the waves on the beach is to feel the breeze that blows is priceless. The site is modern, well equipped, comfortable, with good ventilation. The outside area is very nice, with a swimming pool and a covered area to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the Pituã and Itatiaia Islands. Our host always served us promptly with kindness and sympathy. There is everything close in terms of leisure, food and commerce. We found the property very clean and welcoming.
