The apartment was as described in the listing, well located, comfortable and functional. Hostess Rosiani was polite and attentive, which made us very comfortable during the stay. As a suggestion for improvement, just pay more attention to cleanliness, especially in kitchen items, which were quite dirty. Nothing that detracted from the experience, which was great overall. We recommended and would come back for sure!

I have no words to describe how we love the stay! The host was impeccable. The home was by far the most complete home I have ever been. There was everything and a little more. From coffee machine, to air conditioning in all rooms! And the view …. It's breathtaking! Only with her was already well paid the daily days 😍 God is noticed in the midst of so much nature ! I rented the house to a group of 23 people, a band that performed at my wedding. I didn't even stay at the place, but the communication, for closing the rent and etc, was easy and resolute. They made themselves available to cook for the guests and received them very well. The feedback from the group was among the best, they felt at home and welcomed. I highly recommend it for those who need a cozy home with easy communication. Not to mention that the region is beautiful too!! I wish this super receptive family success.

What a delight of home!! Without a doubt the best I've ever stayed in Guarapari! Close to everything, do everything on foot, the beach is on the street below and at the best spots! Definitely a great location!! The house is just like the photos, the bathrooms and large rooms, it has everything you need in utensils, air-conditioning in all rooms and living room, and not to mention the charm of the pool!! Pollyana is a super nice person and her mother Doris who welcomed us too!! We will definitely be coming back!!

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.
