Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia de Palmas

It was our 2nd stay with Kelly, we were happy when we found the accommodation available for the days we needed. Excellent location, clean, organized, self check-in and check-out. Close to beaches, tours, market, restaurants, and so on. We highly recommend it!!

Flávia’s apartment was the perfect little home for our stay on Ilha Grande. Everything you need is pretty much on your doorstep and Flávia lives right by and is super helpful and responsive. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment is nice and peaceful with friendly neighbours. If you’re into hiking, the apartment is perfectly situated for the Pico do Papagaio trail. Would definitely recommend staying at Flávia’s for your Ilha Grande stay.

Apartment in a very good location. Well-equipped. Livia is a very welcoming and responsive host. Linens were very clean. Strong smell of humidity (inevitable given that we are on an island) especially in the bedroom. However, the smell disappears quickly thanks to the dehumidifier provided for this purpose and good ventilation. We had a great time on the island.

Eduardo's apartment is wonderful and we felt very comfortable. It is very well located within the condominium although the road is a bit steep as it is on the mountain. A plus is that there are free vans that transport you in and out of the condominium. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for everything Eduardo!!

Wonderful stay, the apartment was clean and organized, the bed and bath games well clean and smelling. The apartment has several utensils, a minibar that even small was more than enough for our stay. The condominium is a show apart you have everything inside, the infinity pool is beautiful and the heated one is very nice. The location is great next to the pirate mall is close to downtown. The check in and checkout was fast , I'll definitely be back.

The house is very good, great location, faithful to the photos, clean, spacious! The hostess is a sweetheart, I have rarely traveled and found someone so helpful, answering all questions promptly and suggesting cool tours! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to beautiful beaches and charming local restaurants. During our stay, the main pier was under construction, but thankfully there was another nearby pier we could use for getting on and off the boat. The view from the property is truly magical, and the sunsets were nothing short of breathtaking! One small suggestion would be to simplify the space a bit. There are quite a few extra items in the kitchen and bedrooms that aren’t really necessary. With a little decluttering and a light refresh, this place would be even more wonderful. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really appreciated the setting.

Our experience was wonderful. The house is exactly as in the pictures: new, extremely good taste decoration, clean, organized and super cozy. The view is truly breathtaking. All rooms are spacious, air-conditioned and with a great bathroom. The super wide and complete common area, with barbecue, heated pool and sauna, in addition to the private beach of the condominium that is beautiful and peaceful. The host, Andre, was super attentive and always available. A complimentary snack was offered at our front desk, which was delicious. And the employees, Leidi and Jaja, were also super attentive and raised the level of the experience. I recommend it and I can't wait to come back.

The apartment is very spacious and everything was well clean, towels and impeccable bedding. The condominium is very cool, huge pool area with hot water well tasty for cooler days like the ones we spent in Angra. Very nice Academy also with mats and some other basic equipment. The host gave several cool tips for places to eat and speedboat trips to do on the outskirts. We love your stay!

I stayed in the apartment for a month and it was a great experience. The space is large, airy and well lit. The description in the listing, as well as the photos, perfectly match reality.
