We stayed a week and the stay was very good. The location is perfect, we hardly need the car. The view is wonderful. The house met our needs well. When we need the host has answered us quickly. There are some points that I believe can further improve the stay, such as a larger TV and more kitchen utensils, there were few pots, but it is nothing that hinders the stay. Overall I indicate.

Excellent studio, everything new, as advertised in the photos. It has a parking space and a great location, close to bars and restaurants and a foot on the waterfront. The host was quick to respond. The building has excellent infrastructure, with a fitness center, rooftop swimming pool and, in addition, there is a sushi bar attached on the ground floor.

Excellent apartment, good location, with all the amenities to enjoy your stay, we will definitely be back.

Apartment with the best view of the waterfront of Maceio in a green point. We felt we were on the beach and on vacation even without leaving the apartment, beautiful! The place makes a lot of difference for those who want practicality and especially for those who like to walk/run in the morning on the waterfront. Nothing to complain, only compliments, Ana Paula always requests and easy communication. Clean and complete apartment. We recommend and thank you.

Tati's apartment is better than in the photos . The view is INCREDIBLE and the location tbm. On the edge of Pajucara Beach, the waterfront is great for sightseeing and physical activity! We love it!

The apartment has a great cost-benefit, very well located, clean apartment containing what we needed. Unique item is the building under construction next door, those who seek a little more silence may be disappointed in the morning, in addition to the fact that this building changes the entire view of the pool area being no longer as it is in the photos. But this is a common item to the other apartments we saw in the Time building. But it would undoubtedly return, as our focus was on the various beaches in Maceió and the region.

Our stay was sensational! Olney was an excellent host, and the apartment was very clean and super-smelling when we arrived. I highly recommend it! And we have nothing to say about Maceió. What a wonderful place! Maceió is Massa!

My friends and I had a great weekend, the house is beautiful, very spacious, with several kitchen utensils, the beach is wonderful with many waves and the pool has a waterfall that is a differential. The rooms are very cozy and each has a bathroom with 2. However, a negative point would be privacy that has almost none on the ground floor, because sometimes someone would appear behind the house (homemade or swimming pool) since access is free to the pool, very low walls and it would be interesting if you had a list of contacts to make it easier for those who are gringo to find places to buy food. But the whole was amazing.

We found what we were looking for: rest in a comfortable home, an inviting pool and a calm sea of warm waters! Our experience could not have wished for more. We were at 15 people and unanimous the feeling of returning soon. Few eventualities and everything resolved quickly. The location of the house is the strong point... it's worth too much!

I had a wonderful stay at Noé's house! Cozy, spacious and super-equipped house. My husband and I spent a lot of time in the outdoor leisure area as it is super private and with a SPECTACULAR view to see the sunset!

The house is impeccable! All clean, organized, not to mention how much we were in love with the decor! The hostess was present at all times, even before the arrival at the place. He gave me several tips and was always very proactive. The sure thing I have is that if I go back to town, I'll be staying in the same house. Completely in love!!

- Structure: I went on rainy days, which ended up compromising some things. Two air conditioners were not working, but we requested repair and the next day it was resolved. The water supply pump also burned out, we were without water for a few hours, but we managed to get by until the repair. - Cleanliness/comfort: the house is even better than in the photos, very spacious, comfortable, new furniture, cleanliness was impeccable, new and fragrant bedding. - In the kitchen: we missed some utensils such as a grill/sandwich maker, some pots for food storage in the refrigerator and an oven. - External environment: the property has a view and access to the sea, however there is a lagoon that flows into the sea, and in the rainy season it ended up dirtying the water, becoming muddy and full of algae, leaving us unable to bathe in front of the house, but I believe that in the summer it is conducive to bathing there. The hostess requests, we will definitely return on sunny days.

The apartment is very complete and comfortable, everything extremely clean and well maintained. Large and airborne space. The rooms are dark, which I particularly like a lot, good beds and pillows, large closets, clean and spacious bathrooms, full kitchen in utensils, good bed and bath linens. The location is very good, several options for bars and restaurants in the vicinity. It is a little further away from tourist attractions such as the fair, photo spots, busier kiosks and bathing area… but nothing that a walk and 5 to 10 min drive won't solve.

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure
