Great house in the heart of Pajuçara beach, excellent location, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, pizzerias, hamburgers, delis. The beach is just 200 meters away, a 2-minute walk. In December 2022, we built a cozy backyard, with a garden, hammock, shower... as well as a support sink and service area. In addition, in March 2024, we installed air-conditioners in all the bedrooms. We are always looking to improve the comfort of our guests!

Our stay was great! The house is bigger than it appears in the photos, everything was clean and well organized. The house offers a lot of fun, we really enjoyed the pool and the game room! The host was very attentive and helpful before and during the trip, and that made all the difference! We will definitely be back! You exceeded our expectations!

Great place Location: The house is a few minutes walk from the beach and the village of Francês, and it is easy to walk to and from, even at night. I recommend walking to and from, as the traffic on the beach is bad and parking was complicated. Coming and going on foot was more practical. About the House: The kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking a meal. It met all of our needs. It has a stove, oven, sandwich maker and pots. The cabinets are labeled, so it's easy to find plates, glasses, cups and keep everything in the right place. Children loved the pool swimming pool. You can use the barbecue, too. Although one room did not have air conditioning, it was not hot because it has a ceiling fan and a floor fan. The garage can accommodate up to 3 small cars. But 2 cars is ideal I highly recommend the house.

The house is impeccable! All clean, organized, not to mention how much we were in love with the decor! The hostess was present at all times, even before the arrival at the place. He gave me several tips and was always very proactive. The sure thing I have is that if I go back to town, I'll be staying in the same house. Completely in love!!

Our stay was perfect. Juliana was extremely receptive, promptly answered all the messages and questions we had, guided us in all the necessary aspects. The house is very well-equipped, you can see the care she has with the guests, there is a water pump, lights in case of power outage, we felt safe in everything. In addition, the house was super organized, clean and very cozy. It has all the necessary utensils for those who want to eat in the residence itself. We had an amazing two days and we already want to go back! Barra Nova is beautiful, the lagoon and the beach make the landscapes exuberant, our photos received several compliments and questions about where it was, a true paradise. Super quiet location, quiet neighbors too. Anyway, I just want to thank Juliana and her husband for all the support, for the wonderful hosting in such a picturesque place. We love it! Great place and exemplary host. All announced commodities and space true to the description. Very quiet condominium, the house of Fátima is in front of the pool and play. Small hike (10-15 min) arrives at the beach… Since the two suites are on the first floor, only the guest who has reduced mobility needs attention (although the only flight of stairs is spacious with great handrail). A small problem we had with a flush was promptly solved, given Fatima's agility in arranging the “do it all”. Super recommend! Gratitude, Fátima!
