Cozy house in the heart of Pajuçara 💙🌴 A few steps from the beach, close to everything: supermarkets, pizzerias, pharmacies and açaiterias. The beach is only 200 m (2 min walk) and 500 m (7 min) from the recently inaugurated Ferris wheel of Maceió. Enjoy the backyard with garden, hammock and shower, perfect for relaxing after the sea! All rooms have brand new air conditioning (installed in 2024). We are always taking care of every detail to offer the best comfort to our guests. 🌿

Great loft/house 100 meters from Pajuçara Beach. Bedroom and bathroom on the first floor with a standard double bed, large living room with a double bed and a spacious terrace on the first floor. The property is fully furnished with cabinets, air-conditioning for the entire house, television, stove, refrigerator, fan. Boulevard Pajuçara is 50 meters away, an enclosed space with a variety of restaurants and snack options. We are also 800 meters from the Convention Center.
