Our stay was great! The house is bigger than it appears in the photos, everything was clean and well organized. The house offers a lot of fun, we really enjoyed the pool and the game room! The host was very attentive and helpful before and during the trip, and that made all the difference! We will definitely be back! You exceeded our expectations!

Great place Location: The house is a few minutes walk from the beach and the village of Francês, and it is easy to walk to and from, even at night. I recommend walking to and from, as the traffic on the beach is bad and parking was complicated. Coming and going on foot was more practical. About the House: The kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking a meal. It met all of our needs. It has a stove, oven, sandwich maker and pots. The cabinets are labeled, so it's easy to find plates, glasses, cups and keep everything in the right place. Children loved the pool swimming pool. You can use the barbecue, too. Although one room did not have air conditioning, it was not hot because it has a ceiling fan and a floor fan. The garage can accommodate up to 3 small cars. But 2 cars is ideal I highly recommend the house.

Our stay was great! The atmosphere is quiet, the kitchen is super equipped and we feel totally at ease. We were 6 people and all were well accommodated. I highly recommend!

Our stay at Casa Marie - French Charm at Praia do Francês was absolutely wonderful! The house lives up to its name, it is incredibly charming, super organized and very cozy. Fatima, as a host, was spectacular! His communication was proactive, sending all the necessary instructions in advance and making check-in super smooth and a great experience. The house is extremely comfortable and equipped with everything we needed, which helped us feel really at home. We traveled as a couple and with our two dogs, and the space accommodated everyone comfortably, with plenty of room to spare! It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy Praia do Francês, which is a short walk away. We highly recommend the accommodation and can't wait to go back! An excellent and unforgettable stay, definitely 5 stars!

House is exactly the same as in the pictures, or even better. We felt at home. The house served us super well, all well equipped, everything very clean and fragrant. It is well located, very close to the sea, and we have some services very close by, such as a convenience, pharmacy and grocery store. Jorge was our homeowner and served us super well, very helpful and helpful. A tip I give is to hire the part of the services of Dona Lourdes, who was responsible for the organization of the house and the kitchen, a super friendly lady and a lot of good people, we love.. except that the foods she prepared for us were delicious, we recommend too much. Very clean and pleasant place. Everything is nearby: market, restaurant, pharmacy, as well as being in a well-located area close to all the city's main tourist attractions (less than 2 km usually). Simple but very cozy and clean environment. I highly recommend it!!!

i have stayed on many Airbnb in Brazil, and many hotels around the world. never feel so at peace, in a house so simple yet full of love, and full of God. speaking of the house itself. spacious, great for a group, well located, the hostess, this one I cannot but emphasize , an unusual woman, a person with a soul full of light , flexible, an example of how to receive and serve people!!! thank God for everything , I indicate the house too much, for everything that hides behind this great value ! and that's it!

We felt at home, the place is safe, comfortable, close to the main beaches, I went by car to Gunga, to Ponta Verde and Praia do Saco and still had time to enjoy the Praia do Francês and the pool of the place is very good, the only complaint is that I could not stay longer, I thought that the energy paid outside was a fair value. My friends and I had a great weekend, the house is beautiful, very spacious, with several kitchen utensils, the beach is wonderful with many waves and the pool has a waterfall that is a differential. The rooms are very cozy and each has a bathroom with 2. However, a negative point would be privacy that has almost none on the ground floor, because sometimes someone would appear behind the house (homemade or swimming pool) since access is free to the pool, very low walls and it would be interesting if you had a list of contacts to make it easier for those who are gringo to find places to buy food. But the whole was amazing.

Tenório was easy to communicate and their assistant was there to greet us at the check in with breakfast. The place is in a quiet location (exactly what we needed). The good taste applied to the house furnishing and design is a plus. We walked to the beach and enjoyed some peaceful time in Garça Torta. The kitchen is great for cooking and well equipped. The master bedroom has a hammock with a great view of the trees around the house.

Vive incredible days on my first trip to Maceio- Alagoas, we were graced with the house of Camila and Junior that welcomed us so well, I felt at home every day! The house is exactly as in the photos, wide, cozy, all clean and with all the utensils necessary for everyday life. In addition, Camila has a perfect seafront kiosk very close to the house where we had incredible gastronomic experiences our 10/10 the breaded cheese and the cod cake. I recommend it to everyone who wants to get away from the routine and the rush of the routine go to Ipioca and stay at Camila's house! ❤️🙏🏼✈️🌊

I loved the stay! Everything very organized, clean and the perfect place to go to the beach. Super attentive Goodson and their restaurant in the very nice downstairs as well . Super was worth it.

- Structure: I went on rainy days, which ended up compromising some things. Two air conditioners were not working, but we requested repair and the next day it was resolved. The water supply pump also burned out, we were without water for a few hours, but we managed to get by until the repair. - Cleanliness/comfort: the house is even better than in the photos, very spacious, comfortable, new furniture, cleanliness was impeccable, new and fragrant bedding. - In the kitchen: we missed some utensils such as a grill/sandwich maker, some pots for food storage in the refrigerator and an oven. - External environment: the property has a view and access to the sea, however there is a lagoon that flows into the sea, and in the rainy season it ended up dirtying the water, becoming muddy and full of algae, leaving us unable to bathe in front of the house, but I believe that in the summer it is conducive to bathing there. The hostess requests, we will definitely return on sunny days.
