The appartment itself has 3 large bedrooms, all with own ensuite bathroom and private terrace. All top materials used and fully equiped.

Kitchen equipped with: Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Induction hob, Toaster, Kettle and Nexpresso. Full bathroom including bidet and shower, hairdryer and amenities (shower gel, shampoo and body cream), iron and ironing board.

Ideal for vacation or short stay and also a great place to live. The 3 bedrooms are equipped with King Size beds and super comfortable mattresses to allow a deep and relaxing rest. All rooms have a balcony facing the sea and it is possible to enjoy the magnificent view from each of the rooms. Bath towels and new bedding are provided.

The Alves da Veiga Rooftop is located in downtown Porto, just 2min away from Mercado do Bolhão. It’s a 200sqm loft with 2 bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), 2 bathrooms (both downstairs), a spacious terrace and 2 balconies. It's full of light and space for up to 4 people. You can park your car in our private parking space and take the elevator to the rooftop. The spacious terrace is ideal to relax after a long day and enjoy a bottle of wine while overlooking the Downtown skyline!

We decided to travel as a family in the summer of 2026, so we decided to make our apartment available for families who want to come and spend their vacation there. Our house is a quiet place, privileged by the view of the cove and the sea, with access to the beach via the promenade, without having to cross the street. Restaurants, bars and cafes on the waterfront and in the surrounding area. High standard building. The apartment is not available for another period.
