We were afraid due to the negative comments we heard about the neighborhood. Really, the first night it was difficult to sleep due to the extremely loud songs around the neighborhood. We were in 2 women, we did not know if it would be safe for us, but in the end it was very quiet. The house is a cute, well clean and equipped. Quelli always helped us when we need it, he would answer our doubts, reassure us of the safety of going out at night. We did almost everything on foot, everything is very close. There is a nearby market, the Historic Center is close, the bus station is 4min by car (for those who have bags and do not know the neighborhood, the best option is the car), Quelli appointed me drivers and everything went well. We'll be back soon for sure!!

The space matched the listing, very beautiful view and lots of contact with nature! As an improvement, I point out the need to better clarify in the listing about the room being located on a hill, where access is quite narrow and can be difficult for some cars. I also point out the need for greater maintenance of the basic ingredients made available, as I ended up not being able to use them due to the lack of cleaning and replenishment.

My stay at Rodrigo's apartment was excellent. The place is just as shown in the photos: comfortable, clean and very conveniently located. Rodrigo was always very attentive and responded quickly to all my inquiries. Communication was clear and easy, and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers looking for comfort and good service

We stay at nina's house, everything clean and organized, the house has plenty of utensils in the kitchen for those who like to cook, we particularly hardly use it because we eat outside, but the ap is great and very close to the beach! Super recommend!! It exceeded our expectations, great host. We walked around Angra a lot, the condominium itself has an exit for boat trips. We had the cost benefit of the platform and enjoyed the hotel services. It was wonderful. We will definitely return.

Our stay was really AMAZING, in addition to Neuza being a friendly person, who recommended great beaches, the house is sensational! We couldn't imagine such beauty just from the photos of the house. The tranquility and proximity of Maringá and Maromba are a strong point. The private river, it was amazing for my 4-year-old son. The house is complete. Robson and Conceição welcome us very well. The boy who delivers the wood was kind. I'm already organizing the second stay.

The entire stay was superb! Alex contacted us on his own in time for our stay and organized the ferry from Angra Dos Reis to Proveta. The arrival and departure was therefore completely problem-free. The place itself is very quiet and not very touristy, which we liked. There is a supermarket where you can actually get everything you need. Next to it there is a bakery and other small shops. There are also a few down-to-earth restaurants. The beach is super nice, the water clear. The people in the village are also very nice and helpful. Alex was always available, by the way. The house is not located on the beach, but on the beach. You can't get any closer to the water. Everything is available for the beach, the apartment is sparkling clean and fully equipped. The apartment is also sufficiently large for 5 people. From the bedroom you can look directly at the sea 🌊 Clear recommendation!
