we went in a group of 29 people and the house comfortably meets, including has a leisure area covered for everyone on rainy days, which are common la! In all 9 rooms the beds, doveiros and mattresses are new and of good quality, also the air freezes all rooms mt well! Next times in Ubatuba we want to stay at Renato's home again, who tmb was one of the best hosts we've ever dealt with!

Our stay was impeccable. Mariana is an excellent host. Very soloist and available to help in everything. I felt welcomed! The AP is the same as the photos: Very well decorated, clean, super cozy, with all the necessary utensils, close to Praia Grande and a wonderful forest in the background. Multiple shopping spots such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops. We spend days memoirs la. Super Recommend and for sure we intend to go back.

Great to travel and bring the kittens, screened space, well aerated with air conditioning, very close to the beach, safe, it has everything close, condominium with swimming pool and leisure infrastructure, great for holidays, super friendly and loving host. Super Recommended!

We had a nice stay at the house, Eduardo was very helpful and kind! The region is quieter so there is not much commerce nearby and the kiosks close early, which was the only defect of the site

We stayed at Andrea's house and, in general, the stay was very positive. The proximity to the beach is really one of the great highlights; within a few meters it is possible to feel the sand at the feet and enjoy the sun. The location is perfect for those looking to relax by the sea. Also, I would like to commend the host's education and attention, Andrea. She was extremely cordial and helpful throughout our stay, always available to answer questions and give tips about the region. I hope to return soon and enjoy this paradise again!

The house is very spacious and organized, for walking to the beach, we did not have any kind of ploblema with the accommodations, the kitchen is complete and for those with children, the space is perfect.

Our stay at Pérola Itamambuca was simply amazing! The house is exactly as described, the space is very welcoming. The location is excellent, very close to Itamambuca Beach, which allowed us to make the most of it without having to worry about travel. In addition, the house is super well equipped, had everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to details that make the stay more practical and comfortable. Acriana was very attentive as well as Fernando!, always available to answer questions, which made us even more at home. It really was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to coming back. I recommend with my eyes closed!

I have already rented many places in Ubatuba, but this won our heart, we will definitely return! zero defects! although we spent rainy days the apartment is so tasty and accommodated us so well that we had the pleasure of resting in the ap, so well located that when it opened the time we would enjoy the beach, not to mention restaurants, snack bars, market and many things close that you could walk quietly, Giselly was very ready and attentive whenever I needed to talk to them, respond on time.. we love! We already want to get back to stay longer! rent without fear!!

Wonderful apartment, fabulous condominium, I loved everything, well equipped, spacious, really amazing.

The space matched the advertised photos exactly! Clean and organized space. It has all the items you need. The Jacuzzi is wonderful and spacious. The place was clean and organized and the hostess Denise was always quick to resolve any doubts. We highly recommend apt Bambu 04. Not to mention the view, which is wonderful! The laundry room helps a lot to organize clothes. The structure of the building as a condominium is also very good and pleasant!

Perfect house for one or two families. The location is great, a few meters from the sea. Itamambuca beach is really beautiful. There are a few restaurants around a few minutes walk away. Plan your supplies as the nearest supermarket doesn't have many choices. The host was very friendly, flexible and friendly. A superb stay to be back!

Everything was wonderful! We arrived and soon noticed the access control in the condominium, which passes security. We were greeted by Marlene who showed us the house and treated us very well and answered questions about airs, keys and others. The house is beautiful, it has a large yard with a swimming pool and barbecue area. We noticed everything very clean from the floor, the bathrooms, the towels and the pots shine! The house is well equipped, has plenty of dishes and we didn't miss anything. The beach is about 100 meters away on foot, the beach is clean and has a great structure of kiosks and vendors. We talked to Danielle a few times and were always attended to. Marlene was there at the scheduled check-out time and was very attentive. Anyway, we loved it and we'll be back!

I really liked the place, a brand new house, very clean, house all furnished and with utensils in the kitchen, I recommend it.

Foot in the area, beautiful condominium, quiet and with many birds. House as advertised, the sheets and towels were clean. The beach is quiet because it is almost private, with shade and exclusive space for those who are in the condominium.

This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

The location is exactly as shown in the photos and description, I really liked it, I felt super comfortable, quiet and safe place, good for those looking for peace and tranquility, Mr. Roberto Mayara always asks, the beach is a few meters from the chalet, there are some attractions and restaurants, I had complete freedom to have my meals in the shared kitchen, the place is a good peace for those with small or elderly children. It was very good. I'll be back for sure.

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

The proposal of the grandmother's house is exceptional, it refers to the past, without TV it makes you interact more with the family, in relation to the functional house, very close to the sea, my children liked the books and the retro decoration. As for João, a fine, welcoming guy with easy access to contact. The only thing I disliked was the position of the wardrobe, I tried to change more is fixed. Kkkkkkkk. In the next stadia I will make this change of the wardrobe and the local dining table. Congratulations my comrade , the house "Grandma " is excellent. Note We felt cold at night .

It was a very good stay for our family and Julia was always very kind and helpful. The house is close to the beach and we were able to enjoy the quiet and practicality of being in a condominium.
