Very good experience, place exactly as advertised, super well located, close to restaurants, gas stations, supermarket, cafes and you could walk to the beach, just cross the street, practically and the host always very helpful and available, in relation to the apartment also very good, well talked, clean, organized, everything working, the only problem I found was the shower that is not so good, but nothing that damages your stay, I intend to come back more often! 🙌👌

Maria do Carmo's space is excellent! The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood, but full of attractions, restaurants, bars. Space on the second floor, climbing a small flight of stairs. The space itself is ventilated, quite clean, with several amenities, such as air conditioning, collective washing machine, space for hanging clothes, full kitchen, even shampoo and soap had! Equipado and designed for all everyday situations. Thank you very much, we will be back!

Our stay was wonderful, a very familiar place, with all kinds of items to have a good time. Everything was very new and well-preserved, I felt like I was at my grandmother's house. Congratulations to the host for keeping the house extremely organized and clean. I'll be back and I recommend it to everyone.

Great stay, exceeded expectations. Well located, with restaurants, market and pharmacy nearby. Ocean view, close to the beach and statue of Iracema, you can do everything without a car. I spent a week with my family and felt right at home. When we return to Fortaleza, we will definitely stay again. The super helpful host answered all our questions. We arrived and found everything very clean. Gated community with parking spaces.

Strengths: Mr. Jairo is super attentive, the view of the place is beautiful, the location is perfect, the building in itself is wonderful and safe, the washing machine is missing in the photos (there is there) and showing which place to network on the balcony (lack of network). The apartment is beautiful. Points that can improve: We entered on Tuesday at 2pm and left on Sunday at 6am, slept late at night (+ -21h) and left at 7 am, (we do not use washing machine) and the energy bill was high R$179.00 ( I think the owner can reduce the number of bulbs). I found it absurd compared to what I spend in my apartment monthly. Also, you can improve the amount of dishes( cutlery in general), skipper, carpets in the kitchen, cover cochas. (Emphasis I did not ask after my entry into the apart). It's just adjustments! But, I would stay again and recommend the location. We were in 4 (family)

The house of Mr. Valdemar is beautiful, spacious and super comfortable! It was neatly clean, large suites, fresh and smelling bedding and towels, wonderful pool, kitchen with lots of utensils, good mto air conditioners too! Sr Valdemar always mto kind and solicitous. Miinha família and I loved everything and we certainly intend to return soon!

The atmosphere is very cozy and private. It has a great location and ventilation, which always leaves it with a pleasant climate. I booked it because I needed to stay close to UECE, and I really achieved the goal, as it only took about 10 minutes by car. The environment is clean, organized and Ana Karísia welcomed me very well, even making check-in flexible. Thank you so much for the stay.

It was a great stay! Cozy atmosphere, and extremely clean. Mr. Everardo welcomed us with kindness and was very helpful. The place has no garage but has 24-hour security on the street. The house is close to shopping, markets, restaurants and the beach. Great location. My family and I loved it and will be back as soon as possible.

Excellent location, close to the beach. Good cost-benefit, the house had everything seen in the photos and description and even though it was a little old it was functional in everything we wanted. Atendimento dos homemiros was impeccable, very discreet people who helped in everything that was needed. I recommend it.

Our family loved the experience, we celebrated my son's birthday where many children took advantage of the spaces, played a lot, clean pool with pleasant temperature. The housekeeper was very helpful and made our barbecue. Excellent experience.

I loved this flat. Spent nearly 6 weeks here and it was perfect for a long stay. Safe location, nearby supermarkets, beach very close... It's very well lit, with a big fan and great air con. Perfect for a longer stay and for remote workers. Thanks a lot

Wonderful flat, accommodates a couple perfectly, with all the utensils, easy location, close to pharmacy and 1 block from the beach. The building is very residential, concierge very attentive. Although small, the flat accommodated us and our large dogs well…. Dona Fausta and Rochelle were very nice to us. I highly ❤️ recommend it and will bring my family to stay here

Apartment as described on the listing. The condominium has good space for children to play and the pools have the water at a pleasant temperature. The hosts are kind and helpful. The location is great for those who want to enjoy Praia do Futuro, Sabiaguaba and Prainha. The only thing is that at night the indication is to always ride your own car or Uber because the avenue is very dark. I only have to thank the hosts for their hospitality.
