Great house, very spacious, clean, very good pool, all rooms are suites, Claudio was very nice, welcomed us very well, close to the beach of Porto das Dunas and the beach park! There are several markets and shopping options nearby!

The house is wonderful, just as it is in the photos. Perfect cleanliness, very organized and beautiful, inside and out, and has everything you need, in addition to being quite spacious for those who need to park more than one car. The location is great, easy access and super quiet Lucas is an excellent host, very helpful, always ready to help, attentive and flexible. Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

The stay was quiet. The studio apartment is simple, but it met my needs well for one night. It was clean and organized, with everything working properly. The location is good and check-in was easy. Ideal for those looking for something practical and fast!

My stay at Casa Aguaí was satisfactory. The location is good, the accommodation is cozy and met the needs. My suggestion is to invest in more screens or curtains for the high openings of the house. A blender would also be a good addition to the kitchen. I recommend it for people familiar with nature, animals, etc. I'd come back again! ☺️

My family and I had a great time hosting. Lucilene and her sister-in-law were extremely gentle and greatly facilitated our stay, quickly responding to our demands. We loved the house, good location, and large outdoor space, one issue is that there is a huge construction site next to the apartment and it makes a lot of noise from 8 am to 5 pm. Other than that, everything is fine, I recommend it
