Second time staying at the apartment. Everything is as advertised. Our stay was great!

The location is great. The view is spectacular. Very clean apartment. Excellent cost benefit. The problems were towels of very poor quality (thin, old and small) and constant tiny cockroaches coming up through the holes in the bathroom drain. The latter is certainly a problem of the host's knowledge and needs to be resolved.

Great apartment with very good location, I was well received and I had the necessary attention! I recommend it to everyone.

Amazing stay! 🏖️✨ My stay in Fortaleza was perfect thanks to this place. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: clean, organized and very cozy. The location is excellent, close to everything, and the view is breathtaking! The host was extremely attentive and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed. Communication was quick and efficient, which made all the difference. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you for providing such a pleasant experience!

Excellent hosting! The apartment is very well located and close to everything, such as pharmacies, supermarket and restaurants. What also stood out was the proximity to the Beira Mar, which provided us with good outdoor walks. Anyway, the accommodation was pleasant and we always counted on the attention and promptness of Mr. Francisco, always contacting us to see if everything was okay with our stay. No doubt that in a future opportunity we would return to Mr. Francisco's home

The location is good, only the light in the bedroom and the living room, even when turned off, is very bright and as I like everything dark, it was a little disruptive, other than that the hostess is very helpful, I had a setback and she was very understanding.

The apartment is well located, clean and matches the photos. A very positive point is that it accepts pets, this was essential for my choice and I was very pleased to be able to bring mine. The host was attentive and the stay was quiet. There were towels available, but there was no sheet, in my case it was not a problem, because I always bring mine. Some points could be improved for a more comfortable experience: the bedding available could be of better quality and more cozy. In addition, the air conditioning in the bedroom does not cool it down much, but there was a fan that helped, the one in the living room was not working. Overall, it was a good stay and, with these small adjustments, the experience could be even better.

Girlanda is a great host, I stayed 6 days and it was very good, she helped me prepare a surprise for my partner and was very helpful, always helping me with places to recommend and where to go. He always asked if he needed anything and made himself available!

My stay in Fortaleza was simply wonderful! The place is very nice, well maintained, and is in a super well located neighborhood, close to everything. Mr. Antônio, who takes care of the space, is extremely attentive, always helpful and polite. I spent 30 days and felt at home, I highly recommend this place for those who want comfort, tranquility and great service. I definitely want to come back!
