Espectacular dúplex en un edificio señorial completamente rehabilitado des siglo XVIII ubicado en el corazón del céntrico barrio de la Magdalena. El apartamento conserva las vigas de madera originales y las magníficas galerías de madera -emblema de la ciudad- desde las que se puede disfrutar como "jardín flotante" el Cantón de Molíns, una fabulosa alameda repleta de magnolias y otras especies pionera en Galicia. El alojamiento cuenta con 3 habitaciones: dos habitaciones con cama doble, y una abuhardillada con dos camas individuales. Cuenta también con dos cuartos de baño totalmente equipado con platos de ducha; cocina completa con electrodomésticos y menaje y salón comedor de concepto abierto con TV y WiFi. Un alojamiento muy especial, desde el que disfrutar de la ciudad y de los encantos de la huella modernista. ¡¡¡INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE!!! Este alojamiento dispone de calefacción mediante radiadores habilitados de noviembre a abril. Apelando a un uso responsable como parte de una situación de emergencia climática y social, queremos ser parte de la solución y no del problema. Por lo tanto, y dado el clima oceánico de nuestra ciudad, donde las temperaturas en los meses más fríos de invierno oscilan entre los 6º y los 15º C, tendremos disponible la calefacción en dos franjas horarias: una franja de mañana y otra de tarde, manteniendo siempre una temperatura confortable que oscile entre los 18º y los 20º C. El tiempo máximo de encendido se limita entre 4 y 6 horas diarias, dependiendo de la meteorología. Los huéspedes pueden escoger el horario de funcionamiento en bases a sus hábitos en la vivienda. Es importante entender que calentar un alojamiento como el nuestro (150 m²), no es igual que calentar una estancia más pequeña tipo habitación de hotel (15 m²).

From the start of our experience to the end, we had the best stay. Perfect for a family stay, peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Communication was excellent, and the interiors of the property were stunning, so much care and attention has been taken with the property. The dogs were also very friendly as were the chickens! And when we needed something for the baby, Patricia found a solution within the morning, very kind.

A tranquil sunset is visible over the ocean, with the sun reflecting a warm golden hue on the water. The horizon is softened by gentle waves, and the outlines of distant hills can be seen along the coastline.

Una casa completamente encantadora; tienes al frente la Cetarea de san Felipe y es una belleza. La casa cuenta con 3 pisos; yo he ido con una persona mayor y dos niños y se nos hizo fácil acceder a todas las zonas de la casa. Tienes cerca playas y el ambiente de la zona es inigualable. Gracias a Concha, jul y Alberto por su hospitalidad, amabilidad y ayuda; seguro repetiremos.

Es gab Probleme mit dem Strom. Wenn mehrere elektrische Geräte in Betrieb waren, fiel jedesmal die Sicherung raus, was etwas ärgerlich war. Es ist uns in 7 Tagen etwa 10 Mal passiert und es liefen nur vier Heizungen, zwei Küchenlampen und zwei Herdplatten. Offenbar reicht das Stromkontingent nicht aus. Die Gastgeberin wird sich aber darum kümmern, dass das Kontingent erhöht wird. Somit sollte das Problem nicht wieder vorkommen. Ansonsten alles wunderbar, sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet.

Nuestra estancia en Ferrol fue muy agradable, Elena nos puso todas las facilidades: nada más llegar nos había dejado unos croissants, leche y café para el día siguiente lo cual se agradece ya que llegamos tarde por la noche. Además nos dejó un mapa y recomendaciones sobre todo lo que podíamos hacer, playas, restaurantes y sitios que visitar. El tiempo también nos acompañó muy bien lo cual mejoró aún nuestra escapada exprés. La casita está localizada en la naturaleza y es un buen lugar para desconectar y con la playa a 20 mins andando.
