Beach condo vacation rentals in Praia de Calhetas

Erika is lovely and her place is immaculate. It is walking distance towards restaurants and shopping and close to the Ihlabela ferry. Great find!

Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.

The stay at Francesca's apartment was amazing. The apartment is very large and very well equipped. And the condominium is a show, with many leisure options and very safe. We had a great weekend and would love to come back one day!

The house is very good. Really, as the ad says.. foot in the sand. The condominium pool is great. Full house.. with all the utensils, air-conditioning. I recommend the stay. The only point that there was work on the side, and early on there was noise in the rooms ( but this is not the responsibility of the owner of the lease).

It had already gone again to Caragua, but this weekend was incredible, thanks to the host Sérgio, who contributed to making everything perfect, starting with the cozy, clean and spacious apartment, with a balcony overlooking the sea (praianha) and condominium pool. Nearby Super Market, the beach looked more like a great natural pool for children, me and my family had a lot of fun, kayaking, banana boout, we went to the alligator stone,everything close, we didn't use the car for nothing. We'll be back for sure and we've already left planning a next one,and we've already indicated it to some friends .

The ambiance of the bungalows is amazing, in addition to being very clean and well equipped, the condominium is excellent. Super silent, the pool is great (I believe it is air-conditioned because the water was always warm and we stayed until the night), is located in front of the beach of the curral (with a great infrastructure for the guests) and 400m from Veloso beach (also a very quiet option). The condominium has a mini-market that helps a lot and also provides ice to put in the cooler what was a thankful surprise for us. In addition, André made many useful things available in the bungalow (had a box with items such as bite ointments, OB, Swabs and other items) The only "contra" for people with limited mobility (which was our case), the route between the bungalow and the parking lot is steep, but in our case we had no problem going down/climbing the person to the car bungalow and then leaving the car in the parking lot.

Wonderful apt apt with two tvs being a smartv, all kitchen utensils, a refrigerator and a wonderful cooler that leaves the beverages cracking, a sofa bed, a full bedroom, dining table, table on the balcony, balcony with sensational view, very good ceiling fans, has an additional fan (model that spreads repellent), however, we had no problems with mosquitoes, as for the building, the very good pool, well cared for, a nice lawn for pets, 50 meters from the beach. For those who do not have a car, I recommend taking some things, however, at 2 km it has at least two large supermarkets and a butcher shop, at Ifood give preference to nearby stores, as some cancel. Anyway, we stayed 10 days that were worth 30 days. As for the owners, only excellent references to speak, very helpful and above all objectives.

An impeccable stay with nothing to take or put in my concepts of ideal for a season. Whenever possible, I will return.

The house is complete with all items in the kitchen. Clean and pleasant place, very nice landscaping. Flexibility and organization of the owners and managers of the site were impeccable. Always very polite and solicitous. Very good location. Even with a little difficult access through the street, but it is not the fault of the establishment, but the city of São Sebastião, which unfortunately does not take care of the streets and sidewalks of Maresias. Because where the Vila's responsibility access is impeccable. The only point of improvement, which is a detail in the whole, is the cleaning of the pool. High season the pool is very used, so the cleaning needs to be done constantly.

It was all very good, the bad thing is that the weather was a little overcast, but it didn't stop us from going to the beach, the sea in front was quite rough, I received recommendations from Mrs. Rúbia to go to Cocanha beach, arriving there, we really liked the place, I recommend it and would come back again, very clean and organized place, everything very good

I went in 3 people, and the flat met all my expectations. In terms of location, it is located in a condominium that is literally in front of entrance 11 of Maresias beach, and is simply the best part of the beach. I went in the middle of Carnival, and it was a marvel. The condominium is great, the pool is very good, I used a lot of the leisure area with ping pong and also the shower when arriving from the beach. Lucão was very flexible about the check-in and check-out time as well, answered all my questions about the flat, what to take, and also gave great tips for tours in Maresias. I recommend it!!

I loved my stay, it's simple, it has the basics there to get by in the kitchen, I felt extremely cozy. I stayed for 6 days and every day I went to a beach, both in nearby cities and in São Sebastião itself. I loved it!!!!!! Manuela and her husband made us feel very comfortable and at home. The North Coast is the jewel of the state.

Great location, near restaurants and easy access to the beach. The apartment was nice, 3 bedrooms but one fairly small. The condominium was very nice and quiet, with swimming pool, and tennis court. The beach is just across the street.

Very good house, according to the description, everything clean and very cozy place, place tbm is quiet and very close to the beach, and the host always available to answer questions and willing to help, we arrived in the city in the morning and he let us check in early, I highly recommend.

Everything is great, quick and easy check-in, spacious and well-equipped apartment. Close to the beach. The only criticism is that when I received the address, Google Maps sent me to another location and I needed to adjust it with the name of the condominium, the street did not point to the location of the condominium in the app. I really liked it! and I highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Ivan's place, even though weather conditions didn't help! The space is super comfortable, condominium easy to access and very close to the beach! We will definitely come back more often!

This is a wonderful house, in a terrific location right at the corner of the beach in a very quiet area. The house is really well decorated and exceptionally clean. The host was very helpful with tips for the area. We will love to come back one day.

The house is spacious, airy, modern, with a wonderful pool. It needs some repairs, like the windows on the balcony in the living room, that were jamming. The property is in an excellent, safe, quiet condominium. Perfect for going with kids.
