Clean house, well equipped and a great location for those who don't want to be too close to the hustle and bustle of the city center and not too far away. Quiet neighborhood and safe location. Éverton was super attentive. We'll be back for sure.

The house is in a well-located, easily accessible, family-friendly and organized condominium. All electrical and hydraulic installations working normally, towels and bed linen, kitchen utensils, new microwave, 20-liter bottles, good refrigerator, large table... everything very good. In the rooms, everything is working well, the air-conditioning is cool, not to mention that for those who like to sleep with the window open, the view and the sea breeze cool the environment well. Just be careful with the bathroom floor, which is slippery, especially for children or seniors. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in a week's stay. Both for the house and the condominium premises.

Our stay was amazing! Perfect for 2 couples! Erica is super kind, polite, attentive and good people, very quiet! The cottage is very complete and has an outdoor area that is surrounded by trees, a barbecue (we also used it), even though Erica lives in another house on the property, we have privacy! For those who like an accommodation that is close to the center, but quieter, it's great! If you go on foot to the center of the city, it takes a maximum of 20 minutes, and there is a market closer too! We loved the space, beautiful, clean and organized, we would definitely return to the place!!

We highly recommend, it is only as a suggestion to improve the functioning of air conditioning or more fan options, since the heat disrupts the sleep a little.

Otima location the house is extremely close to the centrinho, we were able to do practically everything by walking, we were in 6 people I thought that the house is a little full, I believe that up to 4 people would be ideal, but it holds quietly.

For good while I enjoy walking with the family. And, I found the Resort In Mare Bali, a pleasant and perfect place. Well furnished, decorated, clean and tidy apartment. The pool area is very inviting and with an option to go to the beach. Various elevators. Spaces: gym, laundry, wet bar, cinema, spa, convenience, toy, ice cream, restaurant, salon, game room, home office room. Great host and employee service. My wife and children loved it. Certly we will return. Note 1000.

Easy check-in, the host answered all my questions, gave me very useful and well-explained information (including videos on how to get there). The apartment where we stayed is beautiful, inside an extremely beautiful condominium, well wooded and with a sensational swimming pool. Great location, you can enjoy all the excitement of downtown Pipa (which is 900m away) and still relax with all comfort and tranquility. There were 7 of us and the house accommodated us very comfortably. I recommend the experience!
