Everything as advertised, the view was what I loved most, close to the beach, very cozy place, on the outskirts there were bars and restaurants, I loved it, 1000 points ❤️❤️❤️

Daniel is a very kind and nice person. His property is excellent and allowed us to stay in Pipa in a very good way. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a comfortable balcony and a very nice living room. The location of the apartment is very close to the center and there is a pleasant feeling in the apartment complex.

The apartment is very beautiful and completely matches the photos. It is located within an apartment complex and shares amennities such as pool, bar and breakfast. The main thing to note is Cristian's attention and predisposition as a host. She always communicated in an agile and friendly way, she offered us the transfer service from Natal to Pipa and then from Pipa to the Aeropuerto. Her treatment was very cordial and I give explanations and recommendations from both Pipa and the apartment. Regarding the apartment, it has a very well equipped kitchen, the room is comfortable and the bathroom is in very good condition. It has a window towards the pool, which is very beautiful. 100% recommended the stay.

Excelente pool front unit, heated water in shower and ice cold ar conditioning. New towels and very clean bedding. Excellent location just steps from main strip. Pool bar offers água de coco and caipirinhas and or other appetizers. Very good value choice.

I felt at home. Larissa was very solicitous. All very organized, clean, functional and with a very good taste decoration. I didn't feel the need to take anything but clothes and food. The structure of the condominium is very well thought out for various needs. Home office, playroom, game room, cinema, spa, plus pools with excellent restaurant, cool service, recreators and activities for children and adults. It was a very comfortable, pleasant and fun stay. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in spending a few days in Natal/RN, opt for this accommodation. Very close to the city with a great structure nearby.

The place is spectacular! Check-in was very easy, everything was very clean and has absolutely everything you need for a stay. It also has a very nice view of Ponta Negra beach. Another point worth noting is that the building has a pool that we also enjoyed and that is very good. The only thing I feel has room for improvement is the wifi, I think it is not located in the apartment and at times it cuts out.

I and my family are very grateful for the days of much joy, comfort and tranquility. We had a spectacular view in all rooms and balcony. We take advantage of the facilities of the condominium and the ease of going to the sea. Too much Indico and we will definitely be back.

the flat is great, very cozy, the bed is amazing, the hydro works great, everything went well. The only problems we had were with a leak that occurred because of the rain on the day and with the large amount of insects (because of the locality having a nearby forest), but it was also great. If you don't have this bug problem, the place is amazing! it would go again, for sure.

André was attentive from the time of booking. He instructed us on everything from checkin to restaurant tips. The stay was very clean, organized and smeltful. The pictures portray very well as it is, but when I got there, I found everything even better. There are two rooms each on a different floor, and are separated by an external staircase, which gives a lot of privacy for those with more people. I went with my husband and stayed in the upper room, the Jacuzzi floor. The location is great, it is on the main avenue of Pipa and you can go to the centrinho on foot, super quiet. We love and will be back more often for sure!
