The place is very cozy, tidy, clean, has all kitchen utilities, has a beautiful waterfront view and is quite cool with the sea breeze. We were always well served by the hostess according to other previous visits. Local is close to the beach and close to several restaurants with live music. I recommend,

Spectacular place to enjoy Aracaju. Only the Host's tips are worth the price of the venue, but you still get an excellent structure. Super well located property on Atalaia beach in Aracaju, has a garage for those who are by car, very clean, they clean daily even in the rooms if requested. Kitchen with great equipment, very good shower, excellent bed, perfect air-conditioning. Not to mention the education and kindness of host Michelle who does everything to make you have a great stay. Anyway, highly recommended!!!

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, has many kitchen utensils ( more even than in the photos), cozy bed and sofa, with a good quilt... Everything is very cozy, the location is great, there are many options of markets nearby, in addition to the vendors' stands in the vicinity, it is 10 mins walk from the waterfront where there are many options of good restaurants tb. The building is excellent, friendly staff, a great gym, children's space, game room and pool. Rafael is a very attentive host, worried about his guests, always responded with attention to any questions we had, he received us full of pampering, with regional sweets... I felt at home...
